Lovely selection of beautiful jewellery, regular offers and events, my collection is rapidly growing! Especially love the silver pieces, rings and earrings, and wear them every day.

Bought an expensive item which as it was the first order I was told to use a code to receive 10% off. It didn't work. Saying the code was for mobile app use only which was what I was using!

Lovely idea but item execution doesn’t work. The bracelet cannot be put in with the initial charm as the charm goes inside bracelet clasp so it keeps falling off. Also the bracelet is a lot lighter and smaller than the pictures. The colours of the charm and bracelet do not match. Returns should be free in this situation so disappointed in being asked to pay and I won’t take a chance on an item from this company again which is a shame as I have a signet ring I love from them and wear daily.

Love this jewellery . I got the matching link necklace and bracelet. Only quibble I have is the link on the bracelet is too small to easily use the link to adjust the bracelet size . The picture suggests you can do this but in reality it. Is not that easy . Slight design flaw

I am so disappointed with the cat charm. It is ridiculously tiny. I buy gold charms for all my grandchildren every year and thought I had found a new source for them but sadly, not. I don't mind paying a good price for them but definitely not for one I can hardly see.

My pendant got lost by Royal Mail and the team sent me another so quickly. Email correspondence was easy. It’s beautiful and has a special engraving. I’ll definitely order again from here.

I paid for next day delivery on Friday morning. I’m still sat here on Monday without my order, and it’s meant that it’s late for my partners birthday. No one has responded to me, Royal Mail have said they’re waiting to receive it. Not good service at all!!!

My engagement ring is CE and I love it almost as much as my fiancé! The ring sits delicately and unobtrusively on my finger, doesn't roll to the side and goes really well with my existing rings (made a stand against the traditional engagement ring type). Also, it feels super unique with its clever & intricate design, and silver fading to gold. You'd have to look really close (too close) to notice the diamond in the middle is much smaller than it appears. Also, it doesn't scratch like some other engagement rings.
I know he contacted customer service prior to the purchase and was really happy with his experience where he received helpful and friendly advice. Delivery was tracked and on time.
Can't wait to build up my collection with other pieces!

I love the jewellery that Carrie Elizabeth sells - I have a few pieces now thanks to my recent order with them.
I had initially needed to place an order due to my chain snapping on my locket which I only got in March which is unfortunate.
I started browsing and saw a charm that I loved (birthday flower which mine is a daffodil) and knew I wanted to add this to the chain which I was using to replace for my locket.
I then had a look through the sale items and saw that the "I am enough" pendant was on sale and have had my eye on for a while now, so bought this as well.
I just love how dainty and delicate the pieces are and they look so great when stacked.
Everything arrived so quickly and packaged so nicely. It's always a pleasure getting items from Carrie Elizabeth.

Choosing was the most difficult part as your collections are gorgeous. Ordering was simple and straightforward. I love the Klarna option meaning I can build my collection affordably and perhaps sooner than I would if waiting /saving. The delivery is prompt too so there’s not much waiting.
