Have not received my order yet and it…
Have not received my order yet and it is stuck in transit. Very concerned and customer service unresponsive. I am unsure if it is because I have ordered to Ireland, but I am anticipating that I will be slapped with a large customs fee based on other reviews. They did not make the additional charges clear when purchasing the items and I assumed that the customs and duty fee payed at checkout would cover the costs... Especially since it said "tax included" on an already extremely expensive order. I wish I hadn't ordered from them now. I'd steer well clear from this brand as they clearly don't care about their customers. I would definitely advise to order with Monica Vinder instead. I got a lovely necklace from them a few months ago with much smoother delivery.
**Update: I received a response from the team. They said in the email that I wouldn't likely have to pay any extra duties. An hour later I got an email from customs demanding an extra €128. This is all before I have even gotten my order. Do not bother ordering from this company, especially if you are in Ireland. They should have definitely been more transparent about the extra costs as I most certainly wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known. I understand that custom charges are outside of their control and I don't blame them for that, but I do believe that they owe a duty of care to make these displayed as clear as possible. I wasn’t sure whether to reject the items at customs, but I wasn’t sure how that would affect my right to a refund and if I return the items, I’m not sure that I’ll be able to get the custom charges back. Very confused, annoyed and still waiting for my parcel.
