My earrings were sent super fast. Small enough to fit through the letterbox which was great. The earrings were gorgeous, turquoise with flecks of gold and the gold vermeil surround. The post clicks on several places so you can wear them with confidence they will be secure. Stone is about the size of a small fingernail. Perfect and so happy with my purchase.

Recent order 317212 return

I am new to Carrie Elizabeth and have placed 2 recent orders ( both fairly high in value).

My first recent return was processed incredibly swiftly which was really reassuring.

I had cause to return the two soleil bracelets and despite the return package being received several days ago and me following up the status of my return ( along with sharing pictures of my return, proof of postage etc) I still have had no reply nor update on my refund which is over £100 in combined value.

This is disappointing when my first order and return was much more positive which encouraged me to place my 2nd order

I hope I will get update on my return ASAP

Update - this matter has now been resolved and the CE team advise that they have had an exceptionally busy period hence the delays. Hopefully the ususal swift standards will now resume for any future orders. Thank you

I was given a Carrie Elizabeth bangle for my 60th birthday by my son. The first day I wore it I lost it. I was devastated. The bangle was sold out on line and couldn’t be found on eBay of other sites. I contacted CE customer service and my email was answered by Parul. Parul went above and beyond to source a replacement for me. She kept in touch with me and eventually found one from CE own collection. I cannot thank Parul and CE enough for their kindness, persistence and generosity.

I have ordered a silver plated gemstone birth stone chain bracelet recently and less than a month after purchase it has tarnished despite a very careful treatment, no water, no perfume, no lotions were near it. Only my skin. The item was on offer for £75 and I’m afraid to say it was not worth more than £10. Absolutely would not recommend as the price was extortionate for how long it lasted. I have contacted Carrie Elizabeth and have attached pictures of the item in tarnished condition, but the customer service was very disappointing. I was advised to try to backend it myself with a cotton bud. Waste of money, do not buy. Ridiculous.
Will not trust this brand again.
