Orders a bracelet i bought for my friend last year. Mine looks cheap, beads are smaller and much less vibrant. So disappointing 😞

I ordered a bespoke ring from Carrie Elizabeth as I needed a smaller size than offered. They were so helpful, sent me mock ups of the ring before it was made and then sent the ring all in a sensible timeframe. The finished product is a really beautiful made to measure ring. Couldn’t be happier.

A previous purchase was a ring (which I love & wear all the time), and noticed it was in the sale, so bought it again in a few alternative colours & am really happy with them all.

In addition, their packaging is always so beautiful and I'm sure I'll be returning again to purchase more items in the future!

Ordered the ring sizer online to make sure I got the correct size. As soon as my order arrived I fell in love! Been looking for something unique that was also affordable and this ring is just that 🤭

Beautiful great jewellery. I’ve spent a lot of money now. The chain with the blue stone charm is beautiful. The but is that the chain is very hard to open and requires assistance to put on. I’ve nearly had to send it back.
I’d love the vintage £350 Coralie ring but after buying the other green version feel it’s a step too far. I’d like to be rather cheeky and ask for a bigger discount. Thou for listening

Beautiful necklace and super quick delivery!! A very happy customer!

Really disappointed. The ordering and delivery process has been dreadful, and my friend is now going to receive an empty gift bag and the necklace & charm doesnt appear to have been shipped yet, the details regarding engraving and how long that takes are confusing and not very clear. Signed up to get 10% off and I have been emailed multiple times a day this week, it’s just too much.

I've been purchasing jewellery from CE since 2019, when I was living in London and even now after moving back to New Zealand.
The quality is so good - gold vermeil pieces from 2019 are still one of my favourite pieces. They've only needed a quick polish a couple of times, then good as new.
The solid gold pieces are timeless designs at amazing prices. I've also bought limited edition pieces.
CE has the perfect mix of statement pieces and elegant everyday pieces.
Customer service is also fantastic - they get back to you quickly and do their best to help.
I think they're growing in business size and popularity, but they are still human-centered and relatable, if that makes sense? I hope they stay this way as this really makes the brand special and so loveable.

Ring I ordered has not arrived. Was dispatched a few days ago and no movement. Customer service only available Monday- Friday. I think i will contact for a refund.

Easy to navigate website, great delivery service through shop so also easy to track. Mainly such a beautiful collection that I couldn’t stop thinking about so I knew I had to order. My green amethyst ring, necklace and earrings are stunning

Lovely ring, love the cute little diamonds shaped as stars. It gives it a more elegant touch. Hopefully the spinning ring will help me at the times I'm feeling anxious or stressed over a situation.

The difficult part is which item to choose, so I love that I can make a wish list of my favourites and slowly work my way through purchases for my growing collection. I’ve just purchased my children’s initials as pendants for me to wear as I’m not into tattoos 😂. Lovely items and quick delivery thank you xxx

The advertising is misleading and not clear.I ordered the ruby diamond earings for my mum as a 70th birthday present, the item turned up and it was only 1 earring. The title stipulated "earrings ' so you would assume it would be a pair. Now im having to spend more money buying another single stud because no one is going to want to wear just 1 single stud. Really disappointed and if I didn't need the item for a present I would be sending it back and getting a refund. Poor marketing and won't be buying again.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but the returns process was super easy and I got a refund very quickly.
I then ordered the necklace I wanted and it was delivered quickly in beautiful packaging. The necklace is gorgeous and just what I wanted.

Deliveries arrive on time, securely and wrapped well. Items are exactly as described.
Absolutely no problems. It is probably the best company I have EVER ordered from. The team are brilliant!

I love the app, I love seeing the different ideas on how to wear the jewellery, obviously it makes me want to buy everything! My order came packaged really well and came in good time, the items were actually a lot more beautiful than I had expected, it’s only because I’ve ordered from shops before and been let down with the quality, however Carrie Elizabeth jewellery is honestly so lovely, I have already been back and ordered charms for my chains. I can’t wait to see what else will be coming out!
