What an amazing experience from start to finish!

From the initial test drive, right through to purchasing our Cupra, the entire team at CARS24 made the process easy, professional and stress free.

Shortly after purchasing the car, we experienced an existing issue with the parking sensors. We contacted CARS24 straight away and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their mechanics recommended we take the vehicle to Cupra to ensure the manufacturer's warranty wasn't affected. It turned out the issue was caused by external damage, so it wasn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty and we had to pay for the repairs ourselves.

The best part was how CARS24 handled it. They reviewed everything and reimbursed us without any hassle. They stood behind the vehicle and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

A huge thank you to Angad, Shaq, our Relationship Manager Anastasia, and the Warranty Team, Emma and Lynette. Every one of you was friendly, understanding and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but your team absolutely delivered.

Absolute waste of time - don't bother.

After contacting me multiple times to buy my car, I finally agreed to a virtual inspection. Upon the first inspection they wanted me to get the next service done before continuing (wasn't due for 1500km yet), I agreed, went and did it, booked another virtual inspection, went through that, only to be told later that day that they were not satisfied with the service records (which are complete, all within recommended Subaru KM/timelines). Also decided that my last service didn't count - absolute waste of time dealing with this group - don't recommend at all.

Cars24 Brisbane & Nitin in particular made the process of selling our car a very easy one. The price offered was reasonable & the process of virtual inspection was painless. Payment for the car was received prior to handing the vehicle over, which meant piece of mind

I found Himanshu and cars24 Australia a very good and safe company to work with.

Bought our car and paid in full, including having window tint installed before collection. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the tint had bubbles in it. When I reported the issue to Cars24, I was told to contact Tint A Car Bowen Hills, as they had completed the installation.

After following their instructions, I found out that the Bowen Hills location has been closed for quite some time. I referred this information back to Cars24 and, to date, have received no meaningful communication or resolution.

They were more than happy to contact me every day while trying to sell the car, but once a problem arose, the communication stopped. At this point, it looks like I'll be lodging a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Based on how this issue has been handled, I won't be dealing with Cars24 again.
