EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY
I spotted the car on the website on Friday lunchtime. It was at the Bolton branch, and although we had agreed to view it on Saturday, Jovan at the Wolverhampton branch went above and beyond by arranging to have it brought down that same day.
The whole process was incredibly smooth. We completed the paperwork, went for a test drive, taxed the car, and I was driving it home that very same evening. The service was efficient from start to finish.
Jovan had been recommended to me by friends who had bought cars from him previously, and now I completely understand why. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service I received. I would highly recommend Jovan and Carsa to anyone looking for a fantastic car-buying experience. Five-star service all the way!
