Great experience with car seat plus buying our third ERF car seat from Emily. Emily is hugely knowledgeable and has an excellent range of rear facing seats at the showroom to try in different cars, we really appreciate this as my husband and I have two cars and different leg room requirements. Our daughter loves the latest seat.Thank you.

I reached out to Emily to see if 3 across in our Kia Sportage was possible for our soon to be 3 children age 5 and under. Emily gave some great advice so we booked an appointment for a few days later. Within 45 minutes of arriving we had a great solution, keeping all 3 rear facing. Emily knew exactly which new seat we needed and which configuration would work best. Thanks to Emily we don’t need to replace our car and our children continue to be as safe as possible!

Emily is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I bought our second rear facing seat from her and the feeling of knowing your child is as safe ss they can be in the car is priceless. I also know the aftercare is fantastic, I have contacted Emily for advice many times regarding seat position, belt tightness, Car models and cleaning and each time have had a swift and helpful reply .

This is the second time Emily has helped us with car seats. After benefiting from her knowledge and expertise when buying two Be safe Stretch seats, there was no doubt we’d go back to her for advice with a high back booster. I was such a reassurance to know that her focus is on safety and she was excellent in giving my son time and support to choose his own seat, all the while I knew that she only stocks the safest seats. This is the third time we have been to Emily, with our eldest now moving into a highback booster. Emily is an expert in extended rearfacing carseat and helped us choose our rearfacing carseats. Emily is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She tried my daughter in several seats and made sure they fitted our cars correctly. Emily has also given us advice via email which has been really helpful.

Expert experienced guidance. We had a tricky configuration of three car seats to sort and Emily was so patient finding a solution. Gave advice on the car seats in our other car too which was so helpful.

I have bought so far 5 seats from car seats plus and the experience I had with this business was amazing!
1) customer support and service was fantastic, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Every time I messaged I got a response within few hours.
2) I asked for price matching and she actually did it! I got my seats at fantastic price from a small business that I know that they care and will always support us.
3) the onwer is about helping and cares more to help rather than making a sale. She helped me with a seat I bought elsewhere and also helped not only 1 but 3 of my friends that I recommended her to them and she tried to support them with fitting on seats also bought elsewhere. She did not have or need to do that but still she took time to listen and advise.
4) the seats she sells are the most safe seats and brands that exist out there.
5)shipment was super fast and worked with me to send the seats on days that I knew I could be at home to receive them.

I will be definitely buying more seats from Emily and will recommend her to friends and family!

My husband and I didn’t know where to start with buying a car seat for our first child. Emily was so extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind - explaining the pros and cons of various options.

We bought our car seat there and then (handily it was in stock!) and both left saying how fantastic the service was.

No hard selling, no pushing to the most expensive option, and an openness to answer any questions was great. We’ll be back if and when we need a new one! 🙂

Online booking was very easy, I messaged before hand to see if the seats I wanted to try were stocked and had a prompt reply even though it was fairly late!
Very knowledgeable and very helpful, even when my toddler hated trying the seats out!
Tried in my car for me, and I ended up taking one away which was also fitted for me.
The place had a small play area too which was great for my little one!
Would highly recommend visiting and supporting a small business!

I’ve known about Car Seat Plus for a while as we live fairly close by so when the time came to upgrade our daughter into an ERF seat I paid a visit to Emily’s store. We actually visited about 6 weeks ago to have a look at all the options and tried a few out. My daughter was still fitting into her infant seat so Emily was really gracious when I left without buying. However, having tried out different seats, I knew which one I wanted and once we were ready I purchased online and was able to collect the same day. Emily even fitted it for us and our daughter went away in her new Axkid Minikid 4 seat. Our son is in an Axkid minikid 2 and has been for 4 years so we will be back next year for his HBB! Super friendly service, loads of options to chose from and a fab bay for fitting, what more could you want?? Super friendly, 100% recommend.

We booked for a car seat consultation to get an upgrade from baby to toddler car seat. We had 5 star treatment, Emily was very informative, helpful and not at all pushy in gaining a sale.
We did get a car seat, and Emily even fitted it for us.

Emily is extremely helpful. I had an issue with a car seat, after sending a video, Emily was quick to resolve this issue and replace for a different seat.

I wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to Emily! I bought from her our first car seat last November and now came back to get the second. Have bought and owned many seats and almost every retailer was ok but Emily was the best. Her customer service and support is second to none. She responds super fast and tries to help. Emily was amazing from the moment we enquired and throughout the entire process of choosing and installing our car seat for our daughter. Cannot recommend her enough she is an expert in her knowledge but also very friendly and approachable. She has all the safest and best car seats on show as well as some wonderful prams and carriers. Car seats plus should be the first place you look for anything baby related as you will not be disappointed!

Emily was incredibly helpful at resolving some issues I had with my Axkid car seat. I didn't purchase from her but I wish I had as her customer care is excellent. She fit checked both of my children regardless of not having bought my seats from her after I reached out to her after hearing about how helpful she is. She even stayed past her closing time to help refit my car seat. I will definitely be looking to purchase future seats from her. She ticks all the boxes for me- an owner who is kind, patient and helpful, who stocks some of the safest seats on the car seat market, and provides fantastic customer service and aftercare. Thoroughly recommend!
