Carshauler Avis 

This place was horrible. Scheduled a week ahead of time. Call the morning of pick up had confirmation that it was supposed to be picked up and then told me no one was coming. Drove six hours to purchase a car based on them picking it up and they never showed up they use an Indian hotline to schedule that you can understand, and when you ask for a manager, they tell you they are the manager when they lie to your face. They suck do not ship with them. They will leave you stranded. They took my deposit and now I’m having trouble getting my money back with no correspondence from them they believe this is a scam .

Terrible!!!!!! Horrible experience!! I booked Carshauler to move my car from Wisconsin to California. After giving a deposit and promising the car would be picked up, it never was. I had a flight. I called numerous times and was told daily, we will get back to you and they never did. The manager reached out and I was given the same promise with no results. Four more days passed with the car not being picked up. Absolute horrible experience.

I had Car Shipping Kings Inc. contracted to haul my car from Michigan to Florida. They assured me several times that everything was on schedule. At the last minute they told me they couldn't find a carrier. I contacted them in November. They are not a reputable company to deal with. Very dishonest. I had to cancel my airline tickets and had to drive to Florida.

Kept me informed, delivered my vehicle in a timely manner. I will use again when needed and would not hesitated recommending to anyone in need of a vehicle transport company.

We recently had an almost right-now need to move a vehicle across several states. They were quite helpful: communication was excellent, and the car was delivered on time, even though pickup instructions we gave them were unclear. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and cost effective. We'd definitely use them again, and do recommend them highly.

Scheduling was a little hectic between seller, shipping company & buyer but once it was loaded, they delivered from Nashville, TN to Greenville, SC same-day! Well done!

Driver was courteous and delivered the car in good condition. Was a little later than originally said but it wasn’t a big deal since he was coming from 1000 miles away. I would recommend.

We used Carshauler to pick up and deliver a 1979 Z28 Camaro in mint condition. They arranged everything in a timely manner and the price was very fair. I would use them again if needed.

Worst company I have dealt with. I advised them no semi truck at destination and vehicle is inoperable. Never did they once say anything about sending a semi truck but in the fine print it says they will deliver to a close location that is semi truck accessible. So now I have to pay more for a tow truck to actually deliver my vehicle from the location that car Hauler decided to do it at. I was not even given the options. They say they are located in Florida. They are just all about getting your vehicle and telling you whatever you want until they get your vehicle payment turn everything is in there control and you Hanne no say so. Stay away from this company unless you don't mind being taken advantage of and don't care about good service.

Timely communication, fair and reasonable price and prompt on time delivery. They made the process easy and gave you peace of mind. I will definitely use them again!
