As an carrier (Beralt LLC) I`ve been working and shipping loads from Carshauler company for a long time. Especially it is a big pleasure to work with Kevin. These guys never cancel thier loads, they always have a contract on file thanks to which I`ve never in doubt about their businees. Highly recommend to have a deal with them.

This company is fraudulent. They share a phone number with their sister company Auto Fast Shipping (on the Shiply platform).
They took a deposit and then failed to pick up the car. I posted a negative review and they called and texted repeatedly harassing me to take it down. When I did not, they offered $350 via paypal, which turned into them trying to get me to send them money via paypal. Avoid!

Deceptive and fraudulent company, use Cars Hauler LLC at your own risk. They created and used a fictitious identity, Gold Shipping, on the Shiply transportation board. Cars Hauler LLC does not actually transport anything; instead, they sub-contract the services. The fictitious company name Gold Shipping was supported by deceptive and fraudulent facts: address, assets, and service history. Licensed in Florida, Cars Hauler LLC, is operating from Ukraine.

1. I wanted a Jeep transported, and four days into the process Cars Hauler LLC told me my “BMW 323” had been picked up and was in transit. What?
2. Later, Cars Hauler LLC contacted me and said the Jeep would be picked up in 1-2 hours, but 6 hours later, the Jeep had not been picked up. Even so, they called and claimed the Jeep had been picked and would arrive in 2 days. After confirming the Jeep had not been picked up, I was unable to reach Cars Hauler LLC.
3. They failed to pick up the Jeep by noon the following day and didn’t even contact me until after noon. When they called, a supervisor told me they were operating from Ukraine. He said they had not answered me because it was after business hours, and they needed to sleep.
4. I canceled the transport, but within an hour, they called again and insisted the vehicle was being picked up, which wasn’t possible. They had not even contacted the person at the pick-up location to gain access.
5. Cars Hauler LLC was trying to get payment from me (destination) and the contact at the pick-up location. They even suggested that the contact at the pick-up location pay the driver cash, even though he wasn’t the customer.

High-pressure tactics, deception, and lies make me believe there was an attempt to defraud. Had we complied with their requests, we would have double-paid without any services being rendered. Would I have ever seen the $15k Jeep again, if they had taken possession? I am currently seeking legal representation to address the deceptive and fraudulent business practices, as well as an attorney with US DOT federal law experience.
