I have placed two orders with Carson Miller, both times for men's jeans for my son. Because these items ship from China plus the fact they are low-quality (1 pair had the labels ripped off and were damaged), I wouldn't spend money here.

About a week after you place an order you will receive an apology email saying they are backed up on orders so expect a longer shipping time. Then you will receive an email with a discount code for a future purchase. Then you will wait a few more weeks for your product to arrive.

Overall - spend your money in America and get something locally or buy thrift. These items were way too expensive for the quality AND experience we received.

The trousers matched the measurements listed on the site. I was worried they might be too narrow around the calf, but the cut is comfortable and gives enough room to move.

I ordered two shirts for work and both fit better than I expected. The fabric feels good and they still look neat after wearing them for a full day.

This is a cheap knock-off business based in China. They use a Western-sounding name, " CARSON MILLER", as though it's a designer outlet. :-P
This product I purchased was a cheap knock-off that does NOT match the quality or description advertised on their website . In my experience, the seller’s approach is to avoid giving a full refund and instead try to negotiate you into accepting a partial refund.

They initially offered 10%, then increased it to 20%, and eventually offered 50% only after I continued to push back.

Don’t be pressured into accepting a partial refund for an item that is not as advertised. If you’re unhappy with the product, stand your ground and request a full refund and return the item.

I would NOT recommend this product or seller and strongly encourage other buyers to be cautious before purchasing.

Horrible. First They lied saying shipping was going to be around a 1-2 week span , In reality it was 1 whole damn month. Next they don’t even deliver the package to my front door.. They dropped it on the floor on the mailroom hallway where it was stolen. Literally just wasted my money , save you’re money and time and just go order from another site trust me

SCAM!! Really frustatinf. The shoes I ordered are bigger than the normal size and they won’t accept returns or exchanges despite their website clearly saying the accept returns and exchanges within a 30 day window!!! AVOID!!! Shoes were for my wedding and their response is to order another pair for 25 percent off. Ridiculous

NEVER AGAIN!!! I purchased a shirt that did not arrive on time or in the window that they said it would be received. I no longer needed it and immediately contacted them to return it. I am well within in the return period according to their "policy." However, I have spent hours, day and email negotiating probably with a robot. They refuse to give me a full refund - only 30% of what I paid back! RIDICULOUS. BE WARNED!! Plus the quality of the product is crap for the $40 that I paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I did not have a great experience. I placed an order and after a little over a week i was advised it was delayed and had not shipped yet. I requested to just cancel the order. Instead of canceling it, I was told it shipped 2 days later. The purchase arrived almost 2 weeks after I requested to cancel and I received an email telling me to look around my property or ask if a neighbor may have it. I'm not sure if there may be a language barrier, or they are purposely ignoring my request. I would not purchase from them again.

The sandals are very comfortable with very supple leather. They appear to be of high-quality. I wore them most of the day and had no discomfort, which is rare for the first time wearing. I’m glad that I ordered them in both black and brown..
