Pre booked and pre paid, only to arrive at the time of booking to be told its first come first serve and I couldn’t be seen for 2.5 hours. I wasn’t able to wait that long. My requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Do not book ahead if you use this company

I visited Howard Centre Welwyn and got my van got my van cleaned on the diamond package. The staff were extremely friendly and very thorough. Top service. I will use this company for all my company vehicles

I went to their carwash in Buchanan galleries in Glasgow and the wash was ok not great I pointed out areas that weren't clean and they had marked my leather seats with some spray and one of them was rude and they called someone who was in charge because I refused to pay £85 as quoted and I got a guy at the end of the phone threatening me about he has my reg and and photos of my car and says he knows where I live.
So I have now went to the police about it
Please AVOID this company at all costs.

In all honestly it wasn’t a great experience. I arrived and got out the car and as soon as I did the man I dealt with tried to upsell me. I paid for the platinum package and immediately he was trying to get me to spend another £20 for more work to be done.
My car wasn’t that bad, no dog hair but he spotted a dog bowl in the back and tried to get my to pay more for this. I refused as my dog is small and goes in a cage which I had removed from the car. There was no dog hair present.
The man I handed my keys over to smelt strongly of alcohol on his breath which was a red flag to me.
He said 2 hour, so when I returned after 3 hours and the car still wasn’t ready I was displeased but waited patiently.

He told me the car was ‘very dirty for a platinum package’ which confused me because surely you pay for the outcome not the starting point. The car was not soiled. All it needed was a hoover inside and yes lots of dead flies on the outside.

The car wasn’t cleaned well at all, infact it almost looked worse. The platinum package should have had tar removal included but it definately didn’t.. chunks of tar on the back of the car show this clearly. The car wasn’t cleaned well poorly washed, usually when washed you can feel the smoother paintwork but it felt like it was covered in grit.
The inside isn’t great, bits on the dashboard, the infotainment screen not wiped down, the foot pedal incredibly splint from some kind of polish and wet marks all over the leather middle seat in the back.

Not great at all. To be honest a waste of money, I had to wash the car myself today and made a much better job.

Really disappointed and won’t be back.

Malkeet was very professional, friendly and extremely thorough. He cleaned our call well, in a timely manner and above all with a smile on his face. Very happy and will come back again - I believe they are perhaps the better franchise out of the local ones

Compared to some car wash companies I’ve used before which always left me disappointed I will be using the car wash company again for sure

Went for the ceramic deluxe at St David’s Shopping Centre in Cardiff and have to say what an amazing job Emil and his team did on my car. At 10 years old it now looks as good as new, inside and out.

Could not recommend highly enough, I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Oracle Car Wash in Reading! They were able to completely remove all the stains from the seats. It was so convenient to drop off the car and go shopping. I would definitely recommend this place to other ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my car washed at Bluewater in Kent multiple times now. I must say they do a fantastic job down there. Car always comes out looking good as new.
I always go for the Diamond Package and it’s worth every penny.

I had my Mercedes cleaned at the Bluewater M&S carpark site (Thames Walk). Booked the gold clean online beforehand. Really pleased with the result, car looks immaculate. Staff very hardworking and polite, was completed within agreed time frame and car was well looked after. Highly recommend will be using again.

I paid £40 to have my Mini cleaned at the The Carwash Company Bluewater, and I’m honestly shocked at how poor the service was.

When I returned to my car, the roof hadn’t been washed at all — there was still bird droppings all over it. When I pointed this out, I was told that washing the roof “isn’t included” in a £40 clean, which is completely unacceptable for that price.

The inside wasn’t properly cleaned either. The cup holder was still filthy, and there was a visible stain on the seat that could have easily been wiped away but was completely ignored.

All I got in response was a quick apology, with no attempt to fix the issues.

For £40, I expected a thorough and professional job. Instead, I’m left having to take my car somewhere else and pay again to have it cleaned properly.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience — I would not recommend this company at all.

Ripped my daughter off to clean her car, completely and utterly. Only a small car, charged well over £100, upholstery not even cleaned properly. DO NOT USE

Really easy to find and park- pulled in and was greeted by warm welcome and detailed breakdown of services. Went for wash and wax for exterior, got booked in straight away no hassle and came back around 2 hours later. Absolute disbelief as when I returned the car genuinely looked better than when I had bought it. Cannot recommend enough - new group of lads there who care about great service and quality detailing. Will definitely be back!

Attended Buchanan galleries franchise and asked for exterior wash only, this was advertised as bronze category according to their signage. Was immediately directed to a valet at £84.95 then another at £60.00. We I conformed again I wanted the bronze wash he said it was no longer available. Feels like a con and false advertising. NOT HAPPY!!
