Went to the Ealing boardway one, service is good, car cleaned properly. Need to pay for the shopping centre parking though, if booking the carwash online with a discount price.

An absolute scam of a business. I paid £25.00 for a half valet, and they left the inner barrels of my alloy wheels caked in thick, filthy brake dust. When I called out the incredibly lazy work, the staff aggressively tried to gaslight me—claiming the wheels are only cleaned properly if you shell out for their £75.00 package.Charging paying customers twenty-five quid to leave a car covered in grime isn't a service, it’s extortion. They hold your car hostage to push a dynamic where they do half a job, hit you with zero care or effort, and then try to upsell you to a £75 tier just to fix their own incompetence. An absolute disgrace of a company. Save your cash, avoid this rip-off, and go to an actual professional who takes pride in their work. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had a really bad experience at Buchanan galleries around 6 years ago and vowed never again. However, two babies and needs must, today I went shopping at Silverburn Glasgow and Abraham cleaned my car inside and out. I’m very fussy and particular. Can’t fault the job done. Also excellent customer service - couldn’t to enough for me. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely return + highly recommend!

Fantastic service, consistent every time. My car looks better than it did when it was new. Attention to detail is outstanding and the technicians are friendly and prompt.

Giving a two star review because my car was left unlocked unattended. I was told to be back before 5pm as that is when they close. I arrived back at 4.50pm and the staff member was no longer there. My car had been left unattended unlocked which is unacceptable. I also was entitled to get free parking in the shopping centre but because the staff member had left I didn’t know how to do it so I also had to pay for parking.

I used the Car Wash company in Pink car park yesterday, I came back after 2 hours and £40 spent to find that they had done a half job of it. I only have a small car and have spent half of that price previously at other companies and they have done a much better job. They hadn’t of even touched my boot or back seats of the car, dirt still all over the carpets. The exterior still had patches of dirt on it too. Would not reccomend whatsoever!! They just seem to be rushing between cars and not even getting the proper job done!!

Car cleaned at Bluewater yesterday. £40 for a car wash is not cheap but is convenient so sometimes worth double the cost of local car wash however the job was nowhere near as good, the boot was not hoovered at all, any little stains on outside were not given any attention, the same with the inside. Its a very basic, car wash for £40 but convenient with zero customer service, no thanks, no acknowledgement of me even getting in my car to collect it. If needs must your car will be clean ish.

Team at Buchanan Galleries did a great job, car looks like new inside and out. Premium pricing but a premium job. Very friendly and polite.

Honestly I’ve had my car cleaned once every month consistently. We stopped in at the oracle reading whilst shopping and the car was insanely cleaned and looks amazing. Thank you Shamir and team, great service. Highly recommended! We live in twyford area and will be coming here from now on!

I used the car wash in the Red Car Park at Meadowhall and the service was fantastic. My car looked like brand new - immaculately clean and the guy who did it was lovely, really polite, friendly and great at his job - thank you, I’ll be back again. Highly recommend!

I visited the Braehead branch on Sunday and paid for the Deluxe Car Wash. Unfortunately, the overall result was disappointing. The cleaning itself was mediocre – for example, the inside of the windscreen was left smeared.

My main concern, however, was that a member of staff connected their own phone to my car’s Bluetooth system in my absence and without my permission. Whatever they did caused my infotainment system to lock up.

I’m sure this was probably done for the convenience of the staff member to play music, but that isn’t the point. A customer’s vehicle is private property, and there is no justification for pairing a personal device without consent. As a customer, I have no way of knowing what access was gained or what personal information may have been available through that connection. That uncertainty alone makes this completely unacceptable.

Before posting this review, I emailed the company to give them the opportunity to investigate and respond. Unfortunately, I received no acknowledgement or reply, which is why I’ve decided to leave this review instead.

I hope management takes this seriously, as it raises concerns about staff training, customer service, respect for customers’ property, and data privacy.

I have used the Belfry Redhill car wash before without any trouble but this time I was told my car had grown and was now a LARGE car and therefore cost £6 more than previously. I was told cash only despite there being a card payment option available. When I asked for a receipt they didnt know how to generate one and tried ringing their Manager for assistance but rudely declined to answer their call.

Great job by sajmir and the team at reading booked online the car looks good as new I will definitely use them again.

Ivan at the Palace car park did a 10/10 job. I’ve got one of those matt black coloured cars so no wax etc. The car now looks like new. Great service, great price. Also the location is perfect as car park was rammed today so a win win. I’ll be back.

I had my car cleaned at the Car Wash in the Red Car Park at Meadowhall, and I’m very happy with the result. Gabbier did an excellent job — he was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car looked spotless and like new when he finished.
