What absolute idiots.
I turned up looking at cars and was unsure on which as I liked multiple.
But was told I cannot look at them properly or test drive unless I knew exactly what I want.
Who knows exactly what they want when there are multiple cars in each class. And what are you hiding that you don't want people to look properly or test drive. Useless idiots. I went elsewhere. Their loss.

Anna and Stuart were incredible.
They were both very professional, friendly, calm and patient.
Anna helped me through every step! I called up with lots of questions (even little ones), Anna was so patient and helpful. I had so many questions before purchasing the vehicle and Anna went above and beyond to explain things and answer my questions. I am very appreciative and grateful!
Stuart helped talk me through financing options and explained the types of cover i could include. Stuart was very patient with me and very pleasant!
Stuart and Anna were a joy to deal with and everyone there was also very kind and loving to my puppy who joined me to collect the car! I did a part exchange and it was such an easy process and Anna made it as stress free as possible.
I love my new car, it's such a comfortable smoothe drive and great quality. I feel like I got a bargain.

Purchased a second hand car arrived with no genuine key or spare key, sets off immobiliser repeatedly, after driving for 2 miles the engine fault light came on over £1000 worth of repairs required. company leave junior staff to man the phones and management refuse to speak to customers. having to get a lawyer to enforce statutory rights to return the car

Bought a used car less than 3 months ago — the sunroof doesn’t close, leaving it unweatherproof. The salesman claimed it was “fixed” at the time of sale, but it clearly wasn’t. When I returned, the manager admitted it wasn’t wear and tear, then gave implausible excuses instead of taking responsibility. I trusted their honesty and professionalism — I was badly let down.

Continued to try and resolve but not acknowledged their own complaints procedure, meaning I'm forced to go to trading standards instead

We recently bought car Skoda Octavia 2022 White Colour Automatic we told them buying for taxi Car occurred fault in Gearbox within two days notified them they said bring the car back drove 4 Hours there they took 4 hours and told us the car is fixed driven back on m25 same problem again . We did not use for taxi at all . Took car back again they took 3 Weeks to have a look . We rejected the car because of fault . They deducted £900. And refunded after 3 Weeks .
Totally fraud . We have all emails for evidence.
Avoid this garage . Don’t trust them .

I bought an Audi A5 from these fraudsters back in 2022. I asked numerous times if the car had anything replaced physically and mechanically but was informed the car had no repairs. I also bought a car report online for peace of mind. Fast forward to 2025, my car was hit and I brought it to a body shop. The repairer told me the bonnet of the Audi A5 was replaced and showed me an example of an Audi A5 he had in his garage. NEVER EVER BUY FROM CARWORLD!! If I could sue, I would.

Had a wonder experience with Car World. My new car is lush and we were well looked after from start to finish. We were looked after by Mason and I would recommend him if you would like professional, trustworthy information and guidance.

Car sales agent was rude and insulting! Wanted to buy a car for cash but was told we could not reserve it for the advertised £99 and would have to pay £500 because we had "looked at the car and test drove it". Mason also stated that we would know more about car finance than him because "you are a lot older than me" - despite stating we wanted to pay cash. Mason stated the car needed a service and we would need to sort this after purchase. All in all - AVOID!

Monica was easy to deal with, nothing was to much trouble and everything clearly explained.

Stuart and Monica are the best, they looked after me and we’re always gonna come back to them for anything motor related.

My/our experience of CarWorld, specifically CarWorld Fengate, Peterborough was to say the least first class.
For this review I highlight the sales person named Troy.
From meeting him, and being greeted with what must be the best smile, and the warmest handshake in the car sales world to the conclusion of the sale. He painstakingly persevered though several hurdles, not of his doing until we were totally satisfied with the purchase of an Audi Q2 for a lady friend.

I would. and do say I have no hesitation in recommending CarWorld, Fengate. Peterborough to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.

Had to do all the chasing up, no one called me with updates., mucked me around with delivery date and also delivery time(was pm not as said am). Car delivered poorly cleaned and no mention of need to change tax class with dvla. No mats. No service book nor manual. Quality of William coating extremely poor. Over spray on car in back, none applied in foorwells. Over spray residue on plastic surfaces. Even the internal glass not cleaned. Absolutely minimum effort made by dealer. Avoid.

my car broke down completly after 2 months, and on the phone they told me to i have to expect this because it was an used car(2021 plate), and also they think 6000 miles are to much for an car in 3 months, so they don t want to fix it.
Terrible company, i can share more information and details for who is interesed.
Don t use this company if you don t want to have headache and you don t want faulty cars with hidden issues

I had a remarkably quick and painless experience. Having seen the car online I made a phone call enquiry which answered all the questions I had. I was able to reserve the car online and, as I live a fair distance away, had a video sent to me of the car itself. Monika, who I met on my visit a few days later, guided me through everything and it was a pleasure to buy a vehicle so easily without a hard sell
