They contact us few days in advance to offer us details about hand over of car.
They offered us a new car, 6.000 km, in perfect shape.
Price for it was good, no hidden costs, everything transparent. Fast returning of guarantee (3-5 days after car returning).
Highly recommend this company!

I would like to express my gratitude to the company for the impeccable organization of the car rental service! This is the level of service that I would like to see every time.
I would like to highlight the following:
✅ High level of customer focus. All issues were resolved surprisingly quickly, and it was clear that the team was genuinely committed to providing a seamless experience for the customer.
✅ The car was delivered on time, without any delays. It's very valuable when time is scheduled by the minute.
✅ The car was perfectly clean on the outside and inside, and was filled to the brim. It's a pleasure to get into a car that shines like new.
✅ All the instructions on where and how to pick up the car were very clear, understandable, and comprehensive. There was no confusion or unnecessary questions.
As a result, the entire process from registration to receiving the keys took a minimum amount of time and was as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your work!

We are very happy and very grateful to CarzRent. The best thing was that we were able to book with very little time in advance at a very reasonable price. Additionally, we had to extend the rental on the same day before returning the car due to an emergency, and everything worked smoothly without having to go to an office. The flexibility in the communication through the customer service via WhatsApp was also very positive. Thank you very much for making it easy for us to extend the car rental without complications!
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the wait time when picking up the car, as we were very tired and just wanted to continue our journey. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the staff with the car to arrive. It's clear that anyone can have a delay, but it would be important to be there before the travellers arrive in other to make the journey as comfortable as possible.

Good service - recommendable!
We hired a car for three days at the Office in Costa Adeje. Very nice people. The car was like new. We were droven to our car and could return it at the airport. So no shuttle needed anymore.
The deposit was payed back the same day we turned back the car at Airport South.
I should say; stop searching and hire a car here. We will do next time when we are there.

Very good experience worth recommendation.
The car was well maintained. To ensure transparency we were advised to film the car before taking it and then before setting it down. The latter was sent to HQ of the company to speed up the procedure of returning the deposit money. We were advised where to park the car for the night in a crowded town.

Car was clear and in good condition. Changing of date was accepted without any problem. Small damage done by another person was accepted without problem. We had wonderfull week whit Miata.
