Very poor service. Avoid this company.
very poor service. I had booked a car. Since my travel plans changed, I had to cancel the reservation in advance. This company informed me that they would refund the reservation fee. They haven't done so for almost a month and they no longer respond to emails.

I had the car booked months in advance
I had the car booked months in advance. Night before I get an email saying it has been cancelled. Totally ruined my holiday, I had it planned around getting the car. I also still haven’t been refunded. I contacted the company multiple times and have been ignored every time. Must be a scam!

Hi by recent fatal accident company changed age limit policy of young drivers. You are 21 years old. And you ordered BMW, we could offer you less powerful car. Also today yesterday was Saturday and today is Sunday, banks don’t process refunds during weekends. Your refund would be in account tomorrow morning. We apologies for inconvenience but safety of our customers is number one priority. Thank you for understanding

Bei der Reservierungsanfrage die Mitteilung bekommen, dass man innerhalb 40 Minuten ein Feedback bekommt per Mail oder SMS - nichts.
Da hat man es scheinbar nicht nötig. AUch wenn kein Auto zu dem angefragten Zeitraum zur Verfügung steht, wäre es schön ein Feedback zu bekommen. Das können andere besser...sie es Cicar, Autoreisen, Pluscar....da bekommt man wenigstens eine Absage

rented a compact car last weekend... it was a bit older than i thought but drove well. great on gas, which was a plus. easy to park too, especially in tight spots. simple return process, no hassles.
