Great selection of vehicles, affordable and good prices and the women that rented us the car was very nice and we had no trouble to communicate. All in all great experience and we would definitely come back and rent here again. Would recommend!

Ich kann nur gutes sagen! Sehr guter Service! Das Auto war tipptopp als ich es bekommen habe, die Übergabe war einfach und ging schnell und die Abgabe war noch mehr schneller und auch super einfach!
Was bemerkenswert war, war das schnelle zurück schreiben und die Flexibilität der Verleiher!

This is the second year we have used car rentz in Tenerife, and as expected a brilliant service. They remembered me from last year and found me in the airport, the transaction was quick, and the minibus excellent. We did over 700 miles in the week with no issues. I will certainly be using them again.

Everything was great, we were met in the airport, car was ready at our arrival. Car was clean and in good condition. Manager clearly described the terms of rent and car return. In general all went good

Last-minute able to book a van for our vacation. The guy I spoke to was helpful and managed to get us a van. One day before the trip, our reservation was confirmed.
Before my flight I sent a message that my flight would be delayed half an hour, which was no problem, luckily.
However, when I landed, at first I could not find the meeting point. I tried to call multiple times, but no answer.
After half an hour I finally spoke to a woman who told me the car was not availabe, so I should try a different company to hire a car.
There was zero input of trying to solve the problem (for instance getting another car).
Never got their apologies as they apparently do not care about their customers.

Ho noleggiato una ford mustang decappottabile per un giorno intero presso questa società, l’assistenza mi ha sempre risposto in maniera cortese, gli orari sono stati rispettati in maniera impeccabile, l’auto era in eccellenti condizioni estetiche e soprattutto igieniche.

La prenotazione è stata facilissima, li sceglierò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Tenerife!

The experience with CarzRent was really good. We had an issue with our first rented car and they handled the situation perfectly. They proposed us a replacement car immediately, and the communication was fast and professional. They delivered the car in time and the whole process was smooth and exceeded expectations. I would totally recommend this company for car rentals, and we will for sure order again, if we come back to Tenerife.

Booked a BMW 4 Cabrio but ended up with an Audi A5 Cabrio instead – same price, way cooler ride! They were super on top of things, sending me WhatsApp messages to coordinate everything, and even offered to pick me up from the airport. I had my own ride, but I appreciate the gesture. Car was clean, new, and ran smooth. Would totally rent from them again.

A brilliant company if you want:
1: A poorly maintained car
2: Horrendous customer service
3: Unauthorized transactions from your credit card.
4: Failure to return your rental deposit.

This company is operating an elaborate scam with tourists. Beware.
We hired a car for a short break, received a WV T Cross, not what we booked but were happy to accept the change on arrival to the airport. On taking the car, it began to become clear that there was an underlying mechanical issue with the clutch / gearbox. Trouble selecting low gears, clutch not disengaging making the car stall at roundabouts etc.
Reported to the company, which turns out it is Carzrent and Auto Plus Car operating together. They didn't respond immediately, i had to chase it the next day. Eventually told they would send a mechanic to the vehicle at a pre arranged time, 17:00, as we had walked to planned activities that day due to not wanting to use the rental car.
Between the time we had discussed by Whatsapp and the planned time to meet the mechanic, the company had arrived and taken the car away without us present. They said they were giving us another car at 18:00 and we would meet them with it. Eventually at 18:45 2x representatives of the company arrived, extremely rude and blaming us for breaking the vehicle. Little did we know at this point, they were charging my credit card unauthorized for the repair to the vehicle and the collection from the roadside etc. They have take the rental deposit of 300 euros and taken a further £420 from my credit card.
They are a complete scam company and i find it quite amusing that once a negative review is posted, a 5 star review appears... mmmm, i am not a detective but i can smell something fishy!

In summary... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE UNAUTHORISED MONEY FROM YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR RENTAL DEPOSIT.

They have been reported to the authorities in the Canary Islands.

EDIT - Carzrent have replied to this review below. They are able to type on here but still hide the fact they are still not replying to emails and still not refunding any money. BEWARE of all the reviews who pop up since my review... the 'customers' only have one review... and funnily enough they are all to praise Carzrent... absolute awful scam company.

Edited again…..if you read Carzrent reply don’t think this is genuine since they don’t reply to any of our correspondence and we are in the process of court action as these are a UK registered company. Edited reviews….. we now have photographic evidence that Carzrent told us to complain to them and then simply said it’s nothing to do with them and to contact autoplus car! We also have the invoice from the garage (24hrs after they took money so a scam in itself) stating that the clutch was replaced. Therefore proving it to be impossible that us as a customer have done this in 50 miles and 14 hours! Be very aware when using this company. Their review score maybe quite good which is how we got drawn into using them but they are simply a broker and the company they use called autoplus car have extremely poor reviews all down to supplying cars not fit for purpose, keeping deposits and making unauthorised transactions. The only thing carznet are good at is ruining your holiday!
Our issues with the car started as we drove away from the airport. We had difficulty in getting the car into reverse but thought it was because we were unfamiliar with the vehicle. However, as a driving instructor and mechanic it was quickly realised by the following day that the issue was the clutch! We contacted the company and were told they would contact that day to exchange. However, by the following afternoon and with no contact we contacted them. We agreed to exchange cars at 6pm but in the meantime they came and took their car without anyone there, they then turned up around 6:40pm after leaving us waiting and didn’t have a hire car but instead 2 people that were rude and disinterested and just wanted the other key off us and told us to email our complaint. Within 30 mins of leaving with the other key autoplus (who we didn’t give our credit card details to) had processed an unauthorised transaction for £419 in addition to our £300 deposit. Carzrent tell us that their mechanic has said it is a driver fault which is impossible as it’s the clutch and a mechanical failure. Fast forward we are now at the airport having so far lost nearly £1000 to a 2 day rental and a lot of stress. Please please be aware. Carzrent advertise as being born out of wanting to meet customer expectations but instead they are part of the same scam as pluscar, have stolen our money and have no interest in the customer at all.

I had a flat tire on a car from this company and after about 1 hour a company employee came and gave us another car..Fast and efficient service. I give 5 stars.
