Excellent meat, sent well packed and fresh with priority delivery.
Tastes like restaurant grade meat, nothing like even the best supermarkets. Worth every penny.

Customer service out of this world.

I ordered Dulce de Lethe for a friend’s birthday and was given a delivery slot. Max phoned me to say that the courier had missed the pick up and the parcel would be delivered the following day. He was most apologetic. I couldn’t believe that a company would take the time and trouble to personally inform a customer of late delivery. Wonderful customer service!

As experiences go, excellent!!!

I ordered Quince paste, empanadas and the one steak that was left in the sale.
Everything arrived promptly and the packaging has been modified to a more ecological one than previously used.
We had the steak - it was divine!!!
I gave a half dozen empanadas to a friend who adores them. He has already eaten them and loved them.
Great experience.

Amazing flavour

Super quick delivery and able to specify exact delivery date. Excellent comms on advice how to cook but most importantly the Iberico pork ribs had the most amazing flavour.

We are not bulk buyers at CA

We are not bulk buyers at Casa Argentina, just pop in to their office now and again to obtain a few Argentinian items which can’t be obtained easily elsewhere for the house (being Argentinians we miss a few things, like a good Dulce de Leche).
Anyway, that said, our experience has always been n excellent, always welcomed warmly, treated well, no matter how much or how little we end up buying.
It’s always nice to have a chat in our mother language when there.

Excellent Customer Service

I can't fault the delivery and customer service, there was a query on my original order which was amended in a speedy manor. The meat and chorizos are the best and that is coming from an Argentine wife!!

I’m really sorry the sirloin didn’t meet your expectations this time. When a cut feels overly fatty and lacking meat, that’s understandably disappointing, especially on a first order.

We’ve sent you an email directly as we’d genuinely like to resolve this properly.

Just for context, we leave the sirloin with its natural fat so customers can decide how much to trim and because many prefer cooking the steak in its own fat rather than using oil or butter. This is reflected in how we price the cut per kilo, to make it fair.

That said, we fully appreciate this wasn’t right for you.
