Case Scene Avis 

I wish I had reviewed this website before ordering from this company. They certainly took my money without hesitation but did not deliver. People should not forget that they have recourse if you pay with PayPal as I was able to recover my monies though their dispute center. Many credit card companies offer this service also. It appears that many of these companies are the same company with different names (Case Scene, LoveLivingChic etc.) as they all ship out of China and much of the products are knock offs.

I wouldn’t pick any stars to give these scammers!!! Bought lol dolls for my daughter for Christmas and they are knock offs. 1 of the dolls heads was broke off, paint is chipped everywhere on all 6 I ordered. Shoes are not removable, the bottle lids are all broke off and the list could go on and on. They won’t refund my $ unless I pay to ship their fake products back. Wish I knew it was from China before I ordered them

Placed an order Oct 20th. Emailed them Nov 16 with any information they could give me on my order. No reply!! Emailed them again the following week threatening to get paypal involved since I did pay through them. No reply. Finally get an email with tracking information December 26th. Well, the items were going to be Christmas gifts so I emailed them again, through paypal, telling them I would be refusing to accept the order if it ever arrived. No reply. It finally arrived the first week of January and I refused to accept it at the post office so now it's back to who knows where and Paypal has closed my case stating my order was received. I guess I'll wait a couple more months and see if I ever received my $84.95 refund once they receive it. Lesson Learned with Case Scene as well as Paypal.

Ordered L.O.L. dolls for $50 and it took 4 weeks to receive them and they are FAKE. Do NOT order anything from this company. I have sent several emails with no response and the number you call just disconnects you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We finally received our package of 8 LOL Surprise dolls and they were all fake. We received 4 of the same fake dolls, 2 more of the same and 2 that were different. Terrible painting and they are not even the same size as the real deal. Of course we received our shipment well over a month after ordering and we are out of luck for the refund policy. However, they never respond to emails sent to customer service so why bother trying to get a refund. My advice to everyone...... DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! There is a reason for their poor rating with the BBB.

I have been waiting for my item for 5 weeks it was supposed to be my daughter Xmas present I have checked everyday tryed to call and email still no response I even went to there Facebook and still haven't received my order or money

Case Scene is company who regularly advertises on Facebook. I am having an issue with something I purchased on October 26th. When I reached out on November 16th, they said to please give them 6 weeks from the purchase date and gave me tracking number from the USPS. When I would check on the order it said in transit for the longest time and the was supposed to be delivered on 12/30. Here it is 1/11/18 and I still have not received the items and now the tracking number is back to saying in Transit. 😡 This was a Christmas gift for my kids. Please don't order from this company. Also, they don't allow any negative comments on their Facebook page. Nothing will be posted that has any kind of feedback. They have been reported to the BBB Bureau by many people. Honestly I'm only giving them one star Because I have to in order to do this review. I ordered a box of 8 of the LOL DOLLS LITTLE SISTERS and I figured they'd take a while to get here but I was ok with that. What I wasn't ok with was after finally getting them they aren't like the real lol dolls it's ridiculous and cheap and I am extremely upset and I will NEVER order anything from case scene again. It's cheaply made none of the colors are right and we got these weird looking purses that are just completely ridiculous nothing unique about them or anything they are all blue and that's it nothing what you would get with a A REAL lol doll

All emails are from China. The guy called Sam might be a fake person. The item is shipped from Henan, China, a province notorious from scam in China. They gave you a return address in Shenzhen to hide their true location. Be aware of your credit card information is stolen.

HORRIBLE! And even though their website says they're based out of California this is an overseas Chinese company. ordered the LOL surprise dolls for my daughter which was supposed to be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas order date was November 23rd I just got them today which is January 8th Not only was it the wrong order but it looks like every single LOL little sister doll n the big surprise pack EXACTLY the same. Not worth a dispute but definitely will never ever ever ever ever be ordering anything from this place ever again in life!

My worst experience ever. Should have read trustpilot reviews in advance. They dont reply to any form of communication after the buy. FAKE!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.

Ordered an item several weeks ago for Christmas. After emailing their customer service 5 times, never getting a response, the item showed up today. Of course, it’s broken, in Chinese stamped labeling. I just wish their website had been more straight forward and honest with consumers. Now they won’t respond to my emails on the damaged item. After finding the return policy online I have to pay to ship it back to get a refund if they receive my item within 30 days of purchase? Wow! Talk about fraud! It took more than 30 days to get to me!!!! I suggest this company respond to my emails ASAP!!

This is one of the WORST companies I have ordered from. They do not respond to any emails and when I FINALLY received my order, which was late, the box was DESTROYED. Horrible people. Horrible customer service

Ordered two snorkel masks on Nov 11/17. A month later they still hadn't shipped so I started emailing. Three emails and a threat later, a rep named Sam replied and said it had been shipped and if I did not receive it by Christmas he would refund my money. Well, it's now January and still no order or refund. There is a tracking number but it only goes as far as the US/Canada border. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB. This company bills your credit card as soon as you order, instead of when they ship, which is what reputable companies do. I'll keep pestering them every day if I have to, until I get my refund AND my order.

This is one of the worst shylock companies I have ever dealt with. I purchased their adjustable belt and received it late of course. When I tried it on it did not come close to fitting. This was in October. Since then I have e-mailed many many times with no response. I have called numerous times and get no answer or a recording that says mailbox is full or try e-mail. All I want to do is exchange the belt for a bigger size. I wrote the State Attorney in Miami a month ago and of course got no answer. I will continue to harass this company until I hear from them and I suggest everybody else does the same.

Ordered 4 of the Fingerlings back on Oct 25th as Christmas gifts.... To this day still have not received items, or any response to the multiple emails I have sent in request for some help. I have called the "service help line" and all it says is to email the company. And when I went to PAYPAL to complain they sent my duplicate email to the company which I ALREADY KNEW WAS NOT GOING TO WORK!!! PayPal told me to wait until after Dec 31 to "escalate" the complaint....then when I went on to my email on Jan 1 PayPal had closed my case without any resolution!!!! I am not happy all the way around! DO NOT order from the company!!!

I ordered 3 Fingerlings Monkeys back in October. They finally arrived December 22 and WERE NOT Fingerlings, but some fake knock off that doesn't perform like true fingerlings. They did not respond to any email inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered in October finally got a tracking number last week but when I go to track it... go figure it's incorrect and not an actual USPS number. But go figure the site says it is the post offices fault and won't reply to anything I email them and you cannot call them. Cheats!!!
