Case Scene Avis 

Rip off company, ordered a fingerling in october. E mailed several times about delivery. Did not arrive until 12/29!!! This was a christnas present. What arrived was some cheap knock off called funny monkey that wasnt even painted correctly.. looks like sonething that you would order off of wish !!! I will be disputing the charge with my bank !!!

I placed an order since Dec 18th and I still didn't receive my order. They already got their money the same day. I'm still waiting. They're NOT answering any of my emails.

Tried to contact Case Scene for one last time - absolutely no response and all I get is emails telling me their happy I'm a customer. DO NOT EVER BUY from "Case Scene" - I most likely will NEVER see my money nor receive their product, which is most likely a piece of JUNK anyway.

This company will rip you off! They will take your money, then you will maybe receive the item in 4-6 weeks and then when you find out it is a piece of crap they will refuse to refund your money because their return policy is 30 days from purchase. Which you haven't even received from China yet. The US attorney general office is investigating their business and importing of goods.

So they give you 30 days from date of purchase to return it. This is a joke as you don't receive it until after 30 days. BIG SCAM. I still haven't got my product. Although I have emailed them several times,, I never received a response until today. Something needs to be done about this company.

The worst scam for a company EVER. Ordered 2 FINGERLING MONKEYS from them Oct.13 & never got them. Finally (2.5 months later) got 2 knock offs (Funny Monkeys - not what they advertised) with horrendous paint jobs & only one works. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. They should be shut down.

Finally received after 2 months and all 6 do not work!!!!!!!

It took two months for my item to get here. Prior to that I sent multiple emails with no response. The item is now here and doesn't work!!!! Think they'll grant a refund??? HAAA!!!! SCAM!!!! Not a good company!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM. MONEY TAKE DAY OF PURCHASE 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND COSTUMER SERVICE NUMBER AUTOMATICALLY GOES TO VOICEMAIL. GO ELSEWHERE!

Wish I'd have checked reviews first. I also ordered 2 items in early November. It's now Dec. 22nd & still not here. Now need to last minute Christmas shop for 2 granddaughters.
COMPANY SUCKS!

Ordered item on Dec. 5th and it has not even shipped as of Dec. 22nd! Has not left facility, will it ever? What a scam. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

I cannot honestly give them a 1 star ordered items of 153$ in october and have not received my ordered have not received a reply to my multiple Emails Poor company and will NEVER order from them again I will also warn all I know the same

Bought an item a few months and they never delivered it. They will not answer their phone and they will not respond to any emails or facebook messages. Stay clear of this company.

YA KNOW IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER WAY TO RATE THIS COMPANY I WOULD. BUT I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR AND THAT WOULD BE FOR BEING A THIEF. GOD HAS A PLAN FOR YOU . KARMA IS A REAL B____.

Ordered flying fairy toy 10/17/2017 received it 12/19/2017. Box was crushed and worn, toy obviously had been taken out then reinserted backwards, looks like a used toy. 2 wings were off, no instructions. Shipped from China on a very slow boat! Tried to reach their customer service by phone and email 4 times no response back. Total rip off company.

Order something on October 23 and its December 18 and never received my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

ditto all of the other negative ratings. they only get a 1 because there are no zero or negative options. Did not ship, NO responses to emails.
STAY AWAY! Look at Better Business Bureau and all other ratings before you buy.

wish i had read reviews FIRST- i've had a really sucky experience with this Company-a Total Rip-off. same thing received a little fairy for my grandkid. package came smashed and it doesn't work At All-very cheap, probably worth $1.00 total. bad company, they don't answer their phone and what the hell is their address?

Again ordered items in October no one responds to phone calls cannot even leave a message; emails not answered to this day no responses. I needed these by Christmas DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BIG SCAM

One of the many, ordered mid October and still haven't received a shipping notice just a confirmation of my order and receipt. Several emails to several different addresses with no response for the past few weeks. Also tried to call with recording to email them. Attempted on Facebook but again, automated response to email them. Wish I knew this before ordering as I would have bought the funny monkey/fingerling toy elsewhere. Hopefully disputing the item with my bank will at lease give me my money back.
