If i could give them a negative 5 stars i would. Ordered in October now it is December 14 and still have not receive my order. I get no response to my many emails asking for a tracking number but my credit card was charge right away.

Same as the rest of the reviews. Ordered 8 weeks ago and still no delivery or any response to several emails. They have not even responded to PayPal after two weeks.

I haven’t received my order and it’s been 30 days. When I tried to call them I received a message telling me to email them. I have already emailed them and they have not responded. Lucky for me I used a credit card and the company will credit my account
Then they will get the money back from casescene. I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering. I will let all my friends know not to order from them. Times have changed but “word of mouth” can still make or break a company.

I also ordered a fingerling in october. Still have not received it or heard from them. I am now disputing the chatge with my bank. They are sending me paper work out and as soon as they receive it back they will credit my account back. If you got scammed call your credit card company or bank and dispute the charge. I refuse to let these thieves keep my money even if it is only $22.06. I suggest everyone who got scammed do the same thing.

Horrible, horrible company. Stay away and DO NOT ever order from this company. I ordered the Fingerling on October 24, 2017. It is now December 15 and I have not received it. I have emailed them four times with no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIEVES . horrible company. Never received product ordered in November. when try to track order, still not processed but they got payment the next day from credit card. Filed complaint. Sent emails, no response. I tried calling, their voice recording said thier customers are very important to them. thats a joke, you never hear from them once they have your money.

I ordered 2 fingerlings back in October …
I ordered 2 fingerlings back in October and have not received them yet and I have emailed 3 times trying to find out something about my order and no one has responded to any of my emails. I have also called the 1-800 number listed on the website and it says they can't help you over the phone and to email them.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I want my money back!!

I ORDERED FINGERLINGS FROM THIS COMPANY BACK IN OCTOBER, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY 3 TIMES VIA EMAIL IN REGARDS WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED THE 1 800 NUMBER WHICH SAYS THEY CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND TO EMAIL THEM.
