Stolen money!
This company has just taken over £200 from my bank account without my permission.
Yes, I have an account with them, but I was only looking for a settlement figure. They presented the balance but clearly said 28 days interest would be applied and I needed to request a settlement quote which would be valid for 28 days, providing bank details to make the payment should I wish. I was under the impression I was requesting a settlement quote only to suddenly see it was processing a payment. At no point did it ask for any authorisation or prompt to confirm I wanted to proceed to making a payment.
This underhand tactic has now left me with no money to cover essential outgoings.

As a responsible lender, we feel that borrowing needs to be a considered decision. When a customer applies for a cashasap.co.uk loan, they agree to make the full repayments shown in their loan agreement.
We understand that sometimes things change so our customers have the right to withdraw from their credit agreement within 14 days of taking the loan, without having to give any reason, and they will only pay the interest on the length of time that they have held the loan.
Additionally, if a customer wants to repay their loan early beyond the 14 day withdrawal period, they may be eligible for a reduction on the amount of interest that they agreed to pay when they took out their loan. We deduct any rebate that they are entitled to from the amount that they agreed to pay in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004.

It was good to use but no more loans
It was worth taking the loan out at the time and the payments were taken out before anything else so I woke up and had nothing to worry about, I liked the ease of payment and when I could access the online account. I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER LOAN but I am happy I used this service to do so
