Very helpful to be able to reloan
Very helpful to be able to reloan - albeit for a lesser amount - a couple of days after repayment was completed. The guidance is that you need to wait 30 days and of course customers need to be to be prepared for that but it looks as if sometimes it can be sooner - just wait a couple of days first for the system to update & best to ensure monthly payments are made on time. This really helped me with the reloan but I don’t want to mislead customers, so the above needs to be read in that context. Also fast payout much appreciated.

Absolutely will never use them ever again in my life. I paid my loan months early and I still paid all the interest I would accure if I did all the usual payments. What's the point in doing that to a customer that even if they pay the loan early that you still add all the interest included rubbish services and the worst cash loan I have ever done never again 1/10

As a responsible lender, we feel that borrowing needs to be a considered decision. When a customer applies for a cashasap.co.uk loan, they agree to make the full repayments shown in their loan agreement.
We understand that sometimes things change so our customers have the right to withdraw from their credit agreement within 14 days of taking the loan, without having to give any reason, and they will only pay the interest on the length of time that they have held the loan.
Additionally, if a customer wants to repay their loan early beyond the 14 day withdrawal period, they may be eligible for a reduction on the amount of interest that they agreed to pay when they took out their loan. We deduct any rebate that they are entitled to from the amount that they agreed to pay in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004.
