Been emailing for help since Feb- no…
No help with a fraud case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been emailing for help since Feb, actually started in Dec- was sent a letter to fill in middle of Jan sent it back and nothing from them untill I received a letter in Feb, no reply called twice and they said they would escalate it asked to be put through to someone said they couldnt, asked to speak to a manager ni manager about!!
Called again today as no reply or call backs- absolutely disgusting customer service , call the number they can’t put you through to anyone just will put a message on the portal for fraud team to call back 4 times now and still nothing I don’t think they know what urgent means- asked if the fraud team were in the same office they said no asked where they are based answer was from 3 members of staff… I don’t know - feel like this company is fraudulent aswell!! Asked to speak to a manager… shock no manager about apparently!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

As said previously had 2 previous loans…
As said previously had 2 previous loans paid off early. Applied again been declined. Spoke via email advised I need to leave a period of time between loans (paid my last one off in January). Asked how long do I have to leave it (previous times between loans I was told 30 days by the agent when I paid it early). So no point in emailing as they really can't or are unwilling to help. If it's because of my credit score that would be fine but if it's not that then how long am I supposed to leave it? I mean it's an emergency cash facility right? Not a wait 6 months to borrow £200!

No hassle lender ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A breath of fresh air in an overly saturated and picky market of lenders.
Application process was clear , simple and honest. No dodgy if we don't give you a loan we can cross refer you BS - It said xfer would take up to 2 hours.
15 minutes if that and the money was in the bank!!!
An absolute life saver. APR % is reasonable and the terms are readable up front , transparent and unambiguous, you know what you are going to pay over the life time of the loan.
Cannot fault them if i'm honest.
Happy to recommend and this is an unprompted unpaid review.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well deserved for excellent customer service.
