Tenía unas dudas respecto a un artículo y sabía que pertenecía a la tienda de la Avda/ Aragon en Palma de Mallorca y les llamé por teléfono el trato fue maravilloso tanto de la encargada como con las personas que hable unas personas maravillosas de Matricula de Honor mejor nadie lo puede hacer y de verdad que estoy súper agradecido por el trato recibido y la verdad es que en general no tengo ninguna queja de ninguna tienda pero además de ser maravillosos son súper simpáticos mil gracias por el trato recibido y rogaría a cash converters que les trasladen el comentario un cordial saludo para todos los que componen Cash converters.

Stephanie the Duty or Store Manager for some reason made a mistake and sent my Bluetooth Speaker to a different address and refused to refund or replace me with another, Beware when buying from cash converters, full of scammers, you will lose your money and item, don't buy from cash converters if you value your money, customer service is very poor, very rude in speech too. Bought a Gretsch guitar online from this shop. Helpful courteous staff answered my queries quickly. Guitar arrived overnight with bonus case. Very happy with my purchase and online experience. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

I did a secret shop on behalf of several disabled groups and the deaf community. I use an electric-powered wheelchair. This review is for the Hounslow branch.
This time, it was my first time as a seller in the store.

1. On arrival, a young gentleman put the ramps down so I could enter the shop. The shop is roomy and accessible for wheelchairs.

2. The young man took my heavy bag to the counter. Excellent service.

3. At the counter, I presented my goods for sale. I was greeted by Iwona. She was happy, kind and welcoming.

4. Throughout the process, Iwona and I talking about different subjects. Iwona made me feel safe and comfortable.

5. Whilst waiting, I have a conversation with the staff. I was told that they have bought a set of ramps after seeing me bring my own last year. These reasonable adjustments are very meaningful to those of a disposition.

6. When leaving the shop, everyone said goodbye, thank you and put the ramps down for my exit.

What delightful staff the Hounslow branch has. If I were the owner, I would give them all a bonus and treat them to a lavish mean.

Please remember. The store has to pay the following. Maybe more. They have to make a profit to cover the overheads.
1. Rent.
2. Lease.
3. Utility.
4. Staff.
And anything else related to the shop. Please note, they are honest and upfront. You have the right to refuse.

Do not arrive with expectations of a price. You may be disappointed. The staff are helpful and the shop is accessible.

Cash Converters in Burton Upon Trent customer service are a lot of rubbish, they do not reply to emails and product requests from they own website.
What a time wasters.

Don’t do business with cash converters! Especially Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush! They are a rip off company! Crooks and Thieves! They will charge you exorbitant interests rates and will charge you triple or even quadruple fees if you are late and if you are 3 days late they will sell your item to someone else or will sell it back to you at a retail price! This business takes advantage of vulnerable people! Very low scumbags!

Don't bother with cash converters loan. I've borrowed from them in the past, already paid in full but with this new Loan Never knew there was a monthly fee up until now. Felt like I've been ripped off. 6 months gone pass and not even half of what I borrowed was paid. This will be the last with cash converters. Very disappointed.

Tase en su pagina un objeto grande y aparatoso de transportar, cuando llegue alli no lo querian comprar y me dijeron que me vaya a casa, solo dandome excusas cada vez mas absurdas. No les importa el cliente, solo lucrarse y jugar con la gente. No te puedes fiar de ellos, no son confiables y no sueltan ni un centavo de mas, vender alli es perder dinero literalmente.

Cash Converters is a useless company, their shopping cart does not work, tried different browsers, phoned the store, they won't take credit card, just bypass this useless company, too difficult to deal with, pissed.

Cash converters promenade. Tried to pawn a HP Laptop very good condition. They refused to take it due it not being original charger and claimed it had a broken internal component. They claimed this by sight. The Laptop is in perfect working condition and has absolutely no broken component ad its never been tampered with or opened or dropped or accidentally damaged at any stage as it used to be a work allocated Laptop which I bought from the company when I was due for an upgrade. Had I not bought it back from cash converters, it could easily have been resold for R3500 upwards. Therefore, their loss. Furthermore, they don't quote on pics of big items and they don't have a driver to go out to view big items. Customer has to lug in a giant Trojan home gym themselves just to be told by some unqualified clueless person why it's not worth buying. When someone eventually does manage to sell pre loved items, they give the most ridiculous measly amounts, marking same items up by 500% (this comment is just my assumption though). All in all, a horrible experience and definitely won't use them in future.

What an absolute gem of a business… I do use cash converters Worksop every-time I am looking for a phone or iPad. But this time Natalie and all her team just went that extra mile. I told them what I was looking for, and what price I had in mind. And yes again Natalie and the team got exactly what I was looking for.
I can not give enough thanks to each and everyone of them. Not matter when you go in each and everyone of the girls are smiling and always happy in what they are doing…. Please tell each and everyone of them thank you….what a fantastic team you have in the Worksop branch…..
