I have been working with CashFlows for 6 Months now! From first reaching out to them and being able to take my first payment was under a week. The process from start to finish was easy and after sales support has also been good.
Having been sceptical about switching my payments provider, Cashflows have exceeded my expectations and made the process as smooth as possible, highly recommended.

Absolute joke.
I started using these via partner company, Sporting Pay Ltd which is owned by Chris Normington (Google his name). Everything went fine to start with. However, after a period of time, Cashflows decided to close my account for no real reason.
I had to pay an initial setup fee of nearly £500 which I have now lost. Cashflows won't do anything. Sporting Pay have ran off with my money.
A refund was offered if I closed my account early which I did. No refund has been received and now I have lost my 60 day notice period so now I cannot accept ANY transactions at all!
Expensive, No service offered, Down £500 and lie through their teeth. Would not recommend at all...
I was struggling registering with cash flows and this morning this most patient guy took a huge amount of time and continually reassured me that threre was no rush….it timed out on numerous occasions because I was so slow and each time he talked me through the process repeatedly without a problem. Thank you
Been using Cashflow for at least 3 years , i run a local taxi business with 60 plus cars . Nothing is to much trouble , not that i have had any issues in the 3 years . definitely recommend.
I have been working with Cashflows for the past 4 years, payments are payments but what I respect about them is they are there to fix any issues.
This company is a SCAM business model, wish I had read other reviews here before using there services.
They sign you on, put you through a long setup and rigorous application process which makes you feel interrogated as a criminal rather than a customer !!!!
After being approved for their ‘service’ they will take your payments, and before their first delayed payout for ‘security’ they will withdraw ur facility for no explanation and hold your funds !!!
This is clearly an organised scheme to take money and rip off honest businesses trying to operate in very difficult times. It’s a complete SCAM do not trust, they have been reported and legal proceedings to follow.
If any users have had the same experience don’t let them rob you too!!
Avoid like the PLAGUE
Scam and theft.
We applied got approved with a nine day hold. Then two days before they were due to be paid they closed the account and said they would hold our funds for six months.
Any others treated like this speak up and go to the police! Complain to action fraud!
We had provided all the tracking so they confirmed all items were delivered. This is nothing short of theft and a financial scam. Going to the authorities do not deal with them or they may scam you also.
PCI-fees are *not* mandatory, yet Cashflows now want to apply dubious and exploitative junk charges to our bill - every single month.
It is very questionable for Cashflows to demand new fees for no valuable extra service in return.
Cashflows appears to have changed their management and adopted unscrupulous and greedy methods and policies.
As a small company, we feel that we're clearly being targeted by Cashflows in a money-grabbing exercise.
Would not recommend.
Cashflows want to apply new rip-off charges which they call compliance fees - when such extra fees are not at all required for actually being compliant.
It really feels like a racket.

We've used Cashflows's Virtual Terminal for years. Now they want to charge extra fees, with no extra service provided.

I am extremely disapointed by Cashflow's recent behaviours. The company is now hiking up rates for small businesses by claiming that they are "passing on costs".
Cashflows has sent my company a note that they want to hike up the monthly rates by 35%. It is an ultimatum: either pay this extra amount or they don't want you as a customer.
Cashflows claims that they should levy this fee to "ensure PCI compliance", whilst conveniently forgetting that as their customer I have been completely compliant for the past 7-8 years without having had to pay any additonal fee to them.
I have asked very clearly, both in writing and by phone, for clarification and justification of this proposed fee-taking. So far, I have received nonsensical emails and two calls with evasive and ambigious answers to my queries.
Today, I received another call from a senior Cashflows person. It was a very awkward conversation, because not only did this person not have any intention of actually listening to the customer and trying to offer a resolution, he was also very rude. He interrupted me repeatedly, and he kept evading my simple questions. At one point during the conversation, I noticed that the caller was clearly distracted by noise from his computer and by his typing away messages on his PC in the middle of our conversation. Not exactly well-mannered.
A call last week had the same outcome. Both callers claimed to make contact to offer a “resolution”, and then both proceeded to not actually offer any resolution. They did not in fact make any effort to find any kind of solution. In fact, after dismissing my reservations and points of complaint, I was told that my company does not have to pay the extra 35% levied, but then Cashflows would refuse to provide any service my company. That is an incredibly unhelpful and smug remark to make. That is clearly more like an ultimatum – “either take it or leave it”.
The new fee-taking is unreasonable in and of itself. However, even if any fee were justifiable -which I dispute that it is – the amount demanded is utterly disproportional. How the requirements to submit an annual PCI form justifiably amount to a cost of an extra 35% every single month?
Cashflows has not clarified whether the mere payment of an extra “PCI fee” actually makes my company “compliant”. Cashflows has also not clarified whether, as no fee was demanded before, my company has previously not been compliant, in the previous periods when no extra fee was paid.
Cashflows is giving cagey and hypocritical responses, I have become very disappointed and disillusioned by their unreasonable behaviour.
I advise you to not use Cashflows, because they cannot be trusted to be sincere and straight in their policies or communications.
Avoid this set up, they have no idea what they are doing. If you want cash flow then don't go to these cowboys. They have 25% of customers on Trustpilot complaining. Avoid at all costs.
Company has completely transformed to be one to watch in the industry moving forward.
