Nothing but time wasters !

I cannot advise people enough to never use this company! Kept me waiting for 6 months got accepted threw the application process then turn me down 4 weeks later. Honestly the worst company I think I've ever done business with. There customer service is also shocking, never reply and give nothing but false dates on when they will get in contact. So many better companys out and I have now my site running within one week, took cashflow stringing me on for 6 months of nothing but false hope. Terrible company!

I had gone through the onboarding…

I had gone through the onboarding process, and at the end when I signed the document/contract, I instantly within 60 seconds started to receive traffic to my site from different parts of the world, within an hour I had over 500 hits on my site. I asked them for an explanation, as I had on my analytics shown them in coincided with signing the document from them. After over 2 weeks they gave no response, so I cancelled my account. I don't trust them, be careful

11 years of reliable services

I have been with cashflows for 11 years and processed hundreds of thousands of transactions and more than 30 millions Eur with them. I have been very satisfied with their services. Their platform is reliable and the support is great. Thank you.

Friendly and Supportive Merchant Account Provider

We have been with Cashflows since 2013 and have received the best support we can ask for. Since we got assigned an RM, Laura Stacey, our experience has been nothing but positive all round. She's dedicated and resolves to solve any issue we encounter. It's personal for Laura :-)

Cashflows have provided us with both a business account and card payment services delivered through a direct API for almost 7 years now. Their support staff and my own account manager are always very helpful. Cashflows have always been able to resolve any issue that has arisen, and In the last 7 years I have not known their servers or systems to be down once. All in all, we are very happy with the service Cashflows provide and wouldn’t use any other card processor for our primary payment activity.

Lovely Jubbly

Having worked with Cashflows for over a year, I can say they are extremely helpful and are always on hand to resolve any issues or answer any queries we might have quickly and efficiently. Laura and Nick have always been extremely helpful and go the extra mile to ensure we are happy with their service. The new online portal is easy to use and far better than our previous provider. Highly recommended.

Great Customer Service

I have been working with Cashflows for probably a year or more now. Any issues that come up are resolved very quickly. Any queries are always responded to very fast and they have a simple and easy to use online portal. Laura has been looking after our account for a while now and and always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the service provided.

Excellent support and service - thanks!

Since we started working with CashFlows in 2019 they have been excellent - the level of support that the whole team have given us an innovative start-up really helped us accelerate the growth our platform.
The new payment pages that we recently deployed have also significantly improved and streamlined our customer journey.
The access to funds to super simple and rapid, again something that really helps a growing business.
The continued payment innovations that CashFlows can offer, will enabled us to keep releasing regular and exciting updates to our customers.

Cashflows advertise 'we are here to…

Cashflows advertise 'we are here to help you during difficult times', yet during the COVID-19 outbreak, without any warning they stopped all payments and now withhold substantial funds.
I am not sure how this helps businesses? We will be moving our business as soon as we are able.

WARNING... Read this before jumping into bed with Cashflows

I will start with what I dont like with Cashflows (CF).

They seem to not know exactly their policy. There Enterprise Sales Manager who seems to care more about numbers on the board rather than getting a client set up correctly.

What do I mean.

I called up CF to request a quote. The sales person told me their rates. I was very clear about my business model as we are in the health niche... So I am aware it is at the higher risk level.

I provided all that they requested previous processing history, website, bank details and what have.

I was taking through what they call on-boarding process. Which is essentially and email sent to you where you would have to forward your details to them. Now this process took around 1 week or less.

I also provided info to their onboard team.

At the end I was approved I believe by the Thursday.

So on the Sat and Sunday, I had processed around £900 maybe below that.

On the Monday I was told my account on hold. They asked me to confirm the orders of each card (which I did) and address so we can release your funds. But this needs to be approved by a woman in the fraud team. Im sure shes doing a great job for them. But as the client she kinda made me feel like a criminal on the phone.

After providing this info. They then did more delay methods, or moving the goal post asking for information that was beyond my possibility. And any information I provided was not valuable.

Then asking me to resend the same info I sent to them during the onboarding stage.

The salesguy called me... bluh bluh questions.

By Friday I was told my money will not be released and held for 90 days.

The reason? They did not feel comfortable with my business.

This is the risk us merchants have with these useless services. I paid good hard money on advertising.

Why was this not done from the very beginning.

As of the time writing this. We have still not received any chargebacks or refunds from the customers.

Heres that I like about CF.
The customer service lady I initially spoke with very happy and bubbly. She will put a smile on your face.

I would really think twice about using Cashflows for your payment services. Only if you plan to process £10 per day just maybe they wont hold your money.

I will consider taking this down if and when I get my money back.
