Very good
Very good. Not a huge sum for an old laptop but better than it going in landfill. Courier picked it up the next working day and was paid the following one. Couldn't be much more convenient.

Quick responses, great service
Some strange problems with the collection of my laptop (the attempt to collect was made several times, each time it was claimed we had missed the delivery, even though we were literally waiting by the door for it!) but the company themselves were fantastic. They did everything that they reasonably could to help, their responses were incredibly quick, friendly and helpful, and they offered a great solution of adding to the payment to me so that I could post the laptop myself at no extra cost. They seem like a really excellent company!

I'm giving 3 stars because this is a very good service if you want to sell out your devices without getting out of home, but is not offering an ok price, but the very less one...which could be considered. However, I recommend the service for a smooth sell, but remember that this can take over a week sometimes.

this is the second time in 2022 that i have used this service provided by cash in your gadgets. on the day of collection you receive an e-mail and text from dpd telling you your 1 hour time slot of when your package will be picked up. and so it was. your device is easily valued on ciyg website. ciyg email to tell you when your funds will be in your chosen account. and again, so it was. i wanted to recycle my old laptop, and this was an easy way to do so, as well as get paid to do so. really, i cannot find any fault in cash in your gadgets processes, from going on to there website, until getting paid for your device. would definitely recommend. also, its all very quick. just a few days.

Excellent communication throughout and promised cash easy image came through quickly and accurately! Would 100% recommend and would definitely favour over the tech company rhyming with ‘Murray’s.
