The process was quick & easy. No packaging worries as they send someone to pick up the item. Received the cash that they originally quoted, so there was no unexpected changes there. I would use them again :)

Good to fine somewhere to recycle
Good to fine somewhere to recycle still-working laptops with data wipe certificate provided. So much better than taking them to the tip! Smallt cash value given but both were old and I was happy with what I received. Recommend.

I was very disappointed and upset with this service and would advise not to use unless you are prepared to accept a nominal offer and do not want your formally functioning laptop back.
My quote was £113 and although my power adaptor was not the original it did work so I was prepared for the lower offer for this however received an offer of £35 which was improved to £50. I had selected good as the laptop had a few minor scuffs, which was a true reflection.
The laptop I received back after rejecting the offer had a snapped power cable, so now unusable. Some of the damage on it I do not recognise and there are now screws missing from the base, although cannot prove anything either way, the snapped power cable tells a story. Avoid.

£3 revised offer (amended from £14) for a laptop that turned on, fully functioned and had a 15 inch screen. There was a bleed on the screen, which I had declared when first requesting my quote, but they knocked the price down anyway.
£3 for a functioning laptop. Just insane.
** Coupled with the argumentative response to my review, yeah still 2 stars.

We found that your laptop had a crack to the side and a bleed in the screen. The conditions listed on our website clearly state that laptops with a screen problem and/ or cracks match to our Damaged/ Faulty/ Non working condition. You stated your laptop incorrectly as Poor Condition, this condition only permits heavy signs of use and that it must not contain structural damage. We feel that our conditions provide a clear and easy to understand list of issues to help people identify their laptops correctly, and in this case we have provided an honest and fair review of the laptop, matching it to the exact descriptions we openly provide on our site. I can see that you agreed and accepted our revised offer and evaluation of the laptop rather then opt for a free return of the device. Since you have accepted and agreed the revised offer of the laptop, we feel that a 2 star rating does not match the open and honest service we have provided.
