Purchase of a refurbished laptop….
Ordered a refurbished laptop at a very reasonable price and it arrived the following day by courier which was free. It was packaged well and would have been protected from damage on its journey from Essex to Edinburgh. Has a great website and very easy to navigate with a telephone number in case you need to call them. Very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this company and will probably use them again.

Excellent customer service, very happy with the transaction from start to finish. I missed the DPD collection so had to contact to rearrange collection. I emailed and had a fast response and collection arranged for the following day.

Poor after sales communication.
They lowered the first offer after sending the laptop to them. I reluctantly accepted the lower offer. No certificate of data wipe after sending them an email days ago.

The price for your laptop was reduced due to the fault with the laptop's screen. This was detailed in an email where you were given the option to accept or reject the offer.
As the offer was accepted just before the bank holiday, the laptop was securely stored and will have its hard drive removed and wiped today. You will then receive the data wipe certificate within 48hrs.
