Cash in Gadgets u were great
Cash in Gadgets u were great, but using DPD let's u down from being 5 star. I had a terrible experience of delivery, where the driver actually swore at me and I can't get in touch with DPD due to there being no human contact anymore. I have another laptop and tablet I'd like to trade, but I can't while you use DPD.

We are sorry you feel the amount paid for your item was insufficient but the laptop you sold us was over 10 years old.
Your item was collected by our courier without the need for packaging and the data on the hard drive was professionally wiped. We then paid you the full original quote for the item.
None of our competitors would purchase an item of this age and specifications.
We appreciate you acknowledging the service we provided was good but we would ask what more we could have done to achieve a 5 star review? We provided the full service stated on our website and paid the full original price you agreed to for the item.

I choose to use CIYG based on previous reviews, which didn’t let me down. The website was easy to use, in fact the whole process was straight forward and well informed. I received a better price than anywhere else for my goods and would definitely use again and highly recommend.
