Great service!
So I sent in a broken laptop and got a decent price of £53 as I expected that because it was dead. I then got an email after it was received by CIYG, saying the price had increased to £240 as I guess it wasn't as broken as I thought!
So so impressed. I would expect them to just not notify me and not give me extra money, so I'm pretty outstanded. Will definitely use in future again.

Fantastic
Fantastic, quick and efficient. The whole process of booking, handling my laptop and getting the cash was 72 hours. They collected it at home and less than 2 days later money was in the account

Actually paid me the amount they said they would, unlike another company I’ve recently used. Paid me for a very broken laptop that I was just going to chuck away and they sent a courier to collect it. Cannot complain at all!
