Great system that lets you know driver has arrived and lets you speak to the driver. The driver was very punctual - waiting for me well in advance and was really kind. He got me home in time to see my daughter before school and kept me safe on the journey - even when another driver was being dangerous on the road. I felt completely safe. I always use Castle Cars. I booked a taxi in advance to be picked up at 4.00pm from the dentist. The treatment went well and I was ready at 3.10pm so I phoned Castle Cars to see if they could collect me earlier. They arrived within 5 minutes. Excellent service with very helpful driver. Will definitely use again.

Amazing company. We have always had a mini bus to take us to and from the airport and always had issues like not big enough for us or not enough room for luggage but castle cars got everything perfect.
I was worried because all I did was book online and kept thinking what if they don't turn up what if they don't know we was delayed. But they done all the work and rang me the second I landed. I will now always use castle cars as the make your holiday so stress free, and bonus there prices are so much better than others.
