Bought a £3000 Espresso machine from…
Bought a £3000 Espresso machine from these people last September it has developed a fault the machine has been looked at by a specialist it needs the regulator replacing.
Made phone calls to this company only to be told I had to email, so far I have sent 4 no response on customer service whatsoever totally useless.
I wouldn't us these people again.

Terrible Service and Misinformed about delivery dates.
Ordered goods on a 3 - 5 day delivery having checked stock before placing the order.
After 2 weeks we were still chasing the goods and only received part delivery despite the company advising they had dispatched in full.
We are still, 20 days later waiting for the remainder of the goods we ordered and paid for.
Service has been terrible.

Hi Michelle can you tell me what you feel is partly received? I would have also suggested contacting us directly for a resolution rather than taking to the blissful platform of reviews. We serve over 3000 customers per year and unfortunately the minority use review systems to bully companies. I can’t think of any positive reason this review will bring. Instead it hurts smaller companies like us. Please take your response off line to respond and try to resolve. Please also provide your order number on doing so.

Waited 3 extra weeks for the burner to come . The owner just gave excuses. All previous bad reviews describe well the reliability of this company.
Costed me a lot of money ordering from them ( because of their unreliability )

Hi Dragos, thank you for your response. I emulate your frustration this was an industry known issue with Blue Seal's container / logistical problem. Furthermore i can see we provided numerous updates to your self and a number of your staff, i am not sure you were all communicating internally with the updates provided. We also offered a cancellation option as we're not operational to negatively impact businesses but at times we cannot control situations such as logistics.

In short, the worst company ever, I fully agree with all the bad reviews, I believe that all the good reviews are fake,THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY,once they have your money, you don't have a chance in the world to get it back, they will have a million reasons why they don't have to return it.BUYING FROM THEM IS LIKE BUYING FROM A THIRD COUNTRY.
