Good quality
Good quality product at a good price, and reasonable delivery time. However marked down a star, as the shipping was quite expensive, for a single item.

Was supposed to be 3 to 5 working day…
ordered on the 16th delivered on the 28th,Was supposed to be 3 to 5 working day delivery but took 7 with no information of delivery given, I was told Fri and then it arrives on Mon, just needs better communication

Pallet deliveries can alter slightly due to various factors. Please refer to our delivery terms- weekends are not considered working days. You ordered on the 16.11 at 6:35pm which means your order was processed on the 17.11. We delivered on the 21.11 meaning we delivered within 3 working days. 5 star service on pricing and delivery time scales.
Different item delivered
I ordered 2 x 5 litres of detergent and rinse but have 10 x 1 litre bottles delivered. I’m still able to use this but it’s a bit inconvenient having to swap over more frequently. I just thought I’d let you know.

Good Afternoon Claire, Thank you for your review and email earlier this morning. I can confirm this shouldn't be an inconvenience as the machines are designed for the correct dose via the detergent bottles. This will should increase speed to refill the units cleaning chemical dose. We will be sure to send out the 1 x 10 litre bottle in future. We didnt want your service / machine to suffer due to an OOS.

Excellent price, free super fast delivery
My son in law wants a pasta maker for christmas. I searched on line and found the exact same product at varying prices. Then, I clicked on Cater-Connect. So glad I did. The same product for less than half the price. Needless to say, I am impressed (so far) Wont be 100% sure until christmas day. Excellent delivery too.

The staff are exemplary
Nothing gets missed and they react so quickly to any changes or last minute requests or sign-off on invoices immediately. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!
