Terrible service

Terrible service, say they will
Phone before delivery and then just don’t phone and claim to have attempted delivery. Then reschedule for weeks after. Customer service aren’t sure what is going on as they just use other companies to source things.

Very easy to work with

Very easy to work with, the whole process from quote to order to delivery was much simpler and quicker than with our previous supplier

Good product but poor sales support for delivery

Good product but had some difficulty making sure the delivery address was correct. Had to email the sales contact twice as wrong address was input a second time. Even then, did not receive order confirmation with the correct address, so confirmed this in the email.

Have not had a response back from the…

Have not had a response back from the sales team in 4days, despite numerous attempts via email and calls to see when the item, that we have paid for to be picked up, will be collected. It’s sitting on a public pathway as we speak. Not impressed!!

Horrible after sales

Bought a commercial Parry Bain Marie, from first day it was delivered, the machine had problem such as the electric wires inside the machine and thermostat light coming loose, reported to seller, sent multiple emails, 39 emails to be precise, and many pictures showing the problem. They referred it to Parry as manufacturer, Parry sent out 2 engineers who couldn’t fix the problem, they just tighten the lights and went, same problem happened again and again and third time another engineer come out to fix it. But this time, not only he couldn’t fix the problem, he said this issue. was caused by customers (us), when I questioned him about how can we make the cables and lights go loose, and it was like this when we first got the machine, he changed he attitude and then said it wasn’t covered by the warranty although they sent out 3 engineers to fix the problem? And he asked us to sign the paper which states the issue was caused by the customer and customer accepts liability, we obviously refused that as we didn’t brake the machine and we have pictures and emails showing the problem from when purchased, he had the cheek to say that HE WILL SIGN the box himself where customers suppose to sign if they accept what’s been done. Then we got on the phone to CaterKwik and they connected us to Parry as they are manufactures, similar conversion to what we had with the engineer, initially blamed us that we didn’t know how to handle the machine? And we probably broke it when cleaning, I’ve told her that how can the cables and lights be broken when cleaning? I assume she thinks we use hammers and drills when cleaning 😂, then she told me to hold on the line and she needs to speak to colleague, she come back and this time starting talking about it’s not covered by warranty etc then I questioned about why did you send out 3 engineers if the warranty does cover this issue? She had no answer, I told her she was digging herself deeper and deeper everytime she was making up excuses and had no answers, and their engineers clearly not good at there job and full of s..t by blaming customers to brake machines, obviously because I used the s..t word, I was the one in wrong for being abusive and she hung up on me 😂 I didn’t ask for refund or new machine, all I wanted was the problem to be fixed but now my calls and emails are getting ignored I’m guessing, not a good service or experience at all, I don’t think I will be purchasing any more items from this company.

Great service!

Delivered in one working day and kept me informed of time slot - very friendly service. The top loader washing machine was well packed and is a great quality item. After sales follow up to make sure everything is to my liking. Great service!

Best prices and amazing service

Really helpful telesales and amazingly fast delivery! My large commercial chiller broke down, unrepairable, got thru to Caterkwik and a new one was delivered less than 24 hours later! amazing service and best prices of all the commercial sites! win win. Well done Caterkwik and thank you.
