Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Avis

We had a cat flap installed 7 years ago and since moved so we came back to Cat out of Class. Sarah and CJ are a great example of the best duo in terms of working relationship. They want you to have the best customer experience and they are clearly experts at providing by going above and beyond from the first to the last communication post job being completed.

Both are very polite, they accommodate you being in or can easily measure without you being home. The speed and communication of service was incredible and you would never have known CJ had been in the house as he was so quick and efficient!.

I would not hesitate to recommend Cat out of Glass, thanks again :-)

This is the second time I’ve used CJ and Sarah for a cat-flap fitting and just as the first time we’re so pleased with the service. They do an absolutely excellent job. From start to finish they are a really clear, efficient and lovely to boot.

Would most definitely recommend and if we ever move again they will be who we call.

From the first email to the final fitting the team were super kind, efficient and friendly.

The 'do-it-yourself- measuring had me scared at first after a previous conversion mixup for a window - however the fool-proof system was great and everything fitted perfectly on the day of the fitting.

We were also shown clearly how to set the door up which we did just after CJ left, and young Sammy Sprat the tabby cat is already loving the new personal escape away from the kids!

All the existing glass was taken away at our request and we even got a reminder email to activate the warranty etc.

Can't really fault any part of the experience! Thanks again!

Best quotation I found. Best service - so seamless, quick and efficient from start to finish with friendly people. Highly recommend Cat out of Glass

Fantastic company and would give 10 stars if I could.

I ordered a cat flap within a new double glazed unit and I couldn’t be happier. Sarah & CJ were very helpful, arranged the survey quickly and answered all queries.

The whole process was made so easy. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and when the install date and time was set, they came as promised.

I’d recommend anyone thinking of a a cat flap install to contact these guys.

As many others have said, this is an excellent company. Great service, very helpful and friendly. Fitting was carried out with no problem. Me and Loki love our new cat flap! Excellent job.

Great team offering great service. Super friendly customer service, speedy process and super fast installation.
If I will need this service again, definitely coming back to Cat Out of Glass.

I can't recommend Cat Out of Glass enough. It really was five star service from end to end. They visited to measure up and a complete glass panel (full length and double glazed) was ordered to fit within two weeks. The fitting process was very fast and professionally done, and the team were great. We had loads of information on the process and the cat flap itself is just what we needed.

Sarah and CJ were brilliant. We measured our door but as CJ was in the area he popped round and confirmed the measurements. Sarah kept us informed of order progress and arranged a fitting time that suited us.
CJ was quick and efficient and kept his working area tidy. If you need a cat flap in a window then I would highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass.

We used Cat Out of Glass a few years ago to fit our cat flap and they were fantastic. We had to contact them again recently as (through no fault of theirs) we needed the cat flap replaced. Again, they were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and offered to come out the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them ourselves again in the future if we ever need a new cat flap

Fantastic service from start to finish!

Everything went as smooth as oil and Sarah & CJ could have not been more courteous and helpful.

It was such a pleasure having been their customers.

It doesn't happen every day to find a company like this where you receive such a personalised and outstanding customer service.

Extremely kind, professional and also very good value for money. We couldn't recommend more!!

Great company to deal with! Everything was explained clearly, prices were very fair, and communication was excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough; if you need a cat flap then this is the company to go to.

Fantastic service, prompt communication, lots of information provided and great installation. Definitely recommend!

Excellent company! Really swift response to my enquiry.. friendly , professional service. Would highly recommend!

From my first email the whole process was so easy. CJ came out the next day, measured up and was back to fit the cat flap the next week. The whole process was easy and friendly.

Great Service, highly recommended!

I'd been looking for a company that fitted cat flaps in double glazed unit's and Cat Out Of Glass were exactly what I was looking for. I self measured my door glass following the instructions sent by Sarah. CJ arrived on the planned date and fitting was as straight forward as it gets. CJ was polite, courteous and very helpful, explaining everything clearly as he installed the replacement glass and fitting the cat flap. He explained how to get our cat's Chip recognised by the cat flap, cleared his tool's away and disposed of of old glass unit for us. Cat Out Of Glass provide an A* service for a very good price. Highly recommend these people to anyone who needs to get their Cat Out Of Glass, Excellent

Fast and friendly service. New glass with flap installed with no issues. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, quick communication and installation. Would highly recommend!

So happy with every aspect!! From the initial enquiry to the fitting Sarah and CJ were amazing. Excellent communications throughout, and a great price too. CJ came to measure up and fit the cat flap in my glass door, gave me some good tips and even fixed the door as it had dropped slightly. Extremely happy with everything.
