Fairly straightforward and good instructions to register. Very easy to pay for Heathrow Drop off.

Rubbish app.
I did not go into the areas that caura specified unless if someone borrowed my car from parking without me knowing! I paid twice but charges still kept showing up.

The charges shown in-app are not outstanding charges for those areas but the option to pay for these if you have driven into the relevant charging zone (e.g. City Charge zone, airport drop-off, or toll).
