So easy to use and lots of extra features I wasn't expecting

This App just make paying for Toll charges so much easier. Trying to use the TFL website is a hideous experience honestly and this just simplifies it so much.

Having tried unsuccessfully to log on to the Heathrow AirPort site to pay drop off charge, I came across the Caura app on Google.
It was simple to input the car details and immediately the outstanding drop off charge appeared. It was a simple matter to make the payment via the app.
It also stores details of MOT, car tax and insurance dates. Very impressed and would recommend to any car owner.

Easy to use and quick. Takes the worry out of getting tolls paid. Thought I was doing a return trip but ended up coming through a different way back so ended up overpaying but I should’ve just selected a single to begin with.

My first payment was for the Heathrow dropoff charge. It was a manual process, though quick to do on my phone. I would prefer autopay, the same as when I pay the London congestion charge.

I found it great in the sres of directing me to relevant information about setting up, information on specific payment, and ensuring there was zero frustration trying to navigate the app.

After being fined for entering the clear air zone a friend told me about Caura and I signed up immediately.

Is good to save time and no needs for worries. But I didn’t like the way the tax was paid because I don’t have a confirmation or any email confirming that. Why didn’t I received a confirmation email from DVLA confirming that my vehicle is taxed for another year.?

I think Caura is such a useful app. To have all your car documents in one place on the phone is brilliant! It was easy to pay my car tax but I didn’t realise that paying it early would lose my remaining paid period from last year.

So easy using Caura, done in seconds. I spent 10 minutes on TFL site and still could not get to payment!

My first experience of Caura hasn't been great. Paid £2.50 for a Dartford crossing on Saturday 30th August. No confirmation that my crossing was recognised on the App. No confirmation that my Dart Charge had been paid. Checked the .gov website. Says I need to pay for one crossing. So £2.50 down as I paid for a crossing twice. Thankfully only a small value transaction. I won't be using Caura again.

It was easy to download the app and to process the Heathrow drop off payment via Google Pay. The transaction reflected immediately against the Santander bank account. I have been asked to provide a Caura generated email regarding proof of payment for the vehicle registration number, the date and the time , so such a confirmation email would have provided peace of mind, as fighting a PCN should preferably be avoided.
