Have called in twice and the fault has not been fixed or dealt with.
Update, I called again after engineer had been to create a second ticket however this wasn’t passed on . This how now been picked up by a member of your team.

Sadly combi microwave didn't work at all and was deemed irreparable by cda engineer after fan oven was used for the first time.
CDA were good at sending engineer out.

Great service all round
The engineer, Mick, who installed our freezer was very polite, worked quickly and tidily, and even helped me box up my old freezer for collection. Very happy with my new frost-free CDA freezer!

Very efficient online reporting service re my issue and kept informed at each stage. Engineer appt organised with no hassle and turned up when planned. Issue fixed in 20 mins. Very straightforward and hassle free process.

Michael arrived as he advised so we knew when to expect him. Quickly diagnosed loss often refrigerant and regassed. I learned a lot from him about loss often refrigerant in domestic fridges. Our 13 year old wine cooler now back to full cooling capacity. Money well spent on a service visit. Thanks

I contacted CDA about a problem with my oven last week, spoke to Megan who showed empathy, understanding and real customer care - an asset to the team. John visited my property this morning bang on time to take a look at what was causing the issue and was absolutely thorough in checking it over, replacing the damaged part there and then leaving me with a fully working appliance once again. Cannot rate the service of this company higher - thank you!
