Missing item from a order from October. Emailed did not respond for weeks kept emailing eventually responded to say they would send it, still waiting. They claim 100% customer satisfaction on there website what a joke. Did not have the decency to email directly they cc me in a company email. Disgraceful customer service.

Items never arrived. I emailed them numerous times but no reply.

Don’t order from here.. I paid £10.99 for next day post.. it never arrived until 5 days after which was then past what it was needed for… I emailed and zero reply.. not the best quality either

I placed an order with yourself on the 19th and still haven’t received anything at all! Could you tell me how long this is going to be or if it’s not coming then issue a refund as my boys birthday was yesterday.

Order was delivered super fast and this company actually read what was wrote and edited my daughters card to make it even better adding ‘special daughter’ to it! Honestly couldn’t thank them enough I look forward to future orders from this company

Placed an order for a personalised Birthday card late on a Saturday night, it was despatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. A perfect card and at a reasonable price. I would use this seller again. Thanks for a good and trouble-free service.

I ordered a personalised birthday card for my grandsons birthday which didn't arrive in time. I contacted Foxy Printing to tell them it hadn't arrived and requested a refund. After several times with no response from them I raised a dispute with PayPal and have just received my money back through PayPal. I would never use them again due to their lack of customer service and communication.

Unfortunately there was a problem with my order arriving in time but Shaun has suffered a tragic family bereavement & not been around much to answer emails & was relying on others taking care of the business. Shaun has issued me with a full refund & a gift voucher as a token of goodwill. Shaun was very apologetic & helpful.

Purchased 10 masks for an occasion and gave deadline when ordered saying I needed them by a specific date. Never arrived. Shaun has refused to acknowledge any of my emails - must have sent around 15 emails by now. I have requested a full refund but Shaun just ignores the request. I wouldn’t have bothered giving them any star rating but 1 is the minimum, unfortunately. Best avoid this company totally - they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on. Not a professional business at all.

I placed an order for 4 masks, which arrived quickly - but one of the masks wasn't the one I ordered.
I have submitted 5 online forms to get help with swapping the item - no response whatsoever.
I called and managed to get through a few weeks ago - I was told the correct mask was going to be posted to me that day - but that must've been a lie because nothing ever arrived.
I have tried several more times to contact them but no one is answering either the online form or on either of the phone numbers they give to contact them.
Very disappointing customer service.

Ordered a case a few weeks ago, said it had dispatched Royal Mail 24 - which would have had a tracking number. No number provided, item never arrived. Seller doesn't answer emails.
Fortunately, Paypal gave a quick refund. If you must buy from this seller, I recommend using Paypal.

i ordered a personalised fortnight for my sons bday on 29september for nextday my sons bday was 2 october we are on the 6th and still say being shipped and they wont answer my emails

Ordered a sticker for my car. Nothing ever arrived. Sent 3 emails, surprise surprise no one answered. SCAM COMPANY

Ordered and paid for face masks in plenty of time for event and factored in delays in post etc. I emailed twice to check on progress but no response, downloaded app webpage suggested to track and it just said shipped, nothing else. Tried to phone but no answer. Over 2 weeks later still saying shipped but nothing. Paid by PayPal so have been able to make a claim for money back but still ended up paying postage for something I didn't get. I don't believe the order was even sent out. DO NOT trust this company, they take your money, don't send items and have no customer service. Lesson learned, I'll check reviews from now on. Don't let yourself be scammed

Paid for express next day delivery and received my 4 posters about 4 weeks later. The 4 posters are very poor quality, 2 were so bad i am currently trying to get a refund but they do not reply to chat option on website and they do not respond to emails, if you don't believe me send an email and see for yourself. They are not answering to the phone number provided. Customer service is basically non existent. Don't make the same mistake i did and avoid

They say delivered but no item received. They say tracked but don’t provide tracking info or proof of delivery. They do not respond to emails, via the online chat. Their website says “top notch” support which is laughable. The personalised baby vest I ordered won’t fit the child if I have to wait any longer. Shocking customer support.
