product arrived in a damaged box in…
product arrived in a damaged box in transport and the top was damaged.
vitually no packing material inside to stop it from sliding up and down in the box which resulted in damage to the top.
pack yiur deliveries correctly

We do make every attempt to package our items so that they are protected during their journey through the delivery network but on occasion, some damage can occur. We have investigated the cause of your issue and believe we have taken action to prevent any further problems in the future, but again, please accept our apologies.
