It was just difficult living in market Harborough that it is just a subsidiary office and I found it difficult to make the payment. Not a criticism just what it is today.

Simple & easy funeral planning.
I found the experience of choosing the funeral plan easier than I expected.
The advisor “Jayne” very helpful and although I was a bit confused as to what to expect but I was put at ease with the adviser and was pleased that she was very patient & explained everything that I needed to know.
Overall I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I received.

Complete satisfaction.
We were very happy with the way everything went. Made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the door. We already made our mind up what we wanted defore we got there. So the lady talked us through all the detail's, she was very polite and understanding. The lady put us both at ease. Staff were very polite. We would recommend the Co Op.

Not an unhappy experience
We were dealt with young lady called Roisin she was so pleasant with us couldn’t have had anyone nicer , made everything so easy because we did a plan for both our funerals we weren’t upset about anything.

My sister & I booked & prepaid for a funeral plan in advance for our mother who is currently in residential home. The service we received was exemplary, friendly, professional & considerate.
