Impossible to get in touch with the…
Impossible to get in touch with the credit control team in centric. They have sent debt collectors to my house despite them never sending invoices for the service charge. When you wait 1 hr to talk to the general line they don't have the right information on the computer to be of any use.

Absolute liars
Absolute liars. They have said that they will review the situation and again they do not even care and they do not do anything about your complaint. We have had a leak for years and they refused to repair it and they have found every excuse under the Sun not to repair it and they know exactly what I’m talking about. So don’t ask me for my email address And for you to help because you never do the whole building has been neglected by Centrick as a management company and that is why we are homeless. How can you review us being homeless and do something about it because you can’t and you have failed as a management company.

Since the burst pipe at the building came to light, significant resource has been dedicated to managing the situation, including daily engagement with residents, contractors, engineers, the local authority and emergency response partners. Our Building Safety & Compliance Director has already reached out and offered to meet directly with you to discuss concerns, listen to feedback and provide further updates on the ongoing situation and next steps but you was unavailable to meet.
While we appreciate you feel your concerns have not been adequately addressed to date, we would still welcome the opportunity to review your case further with the relevant teams. LIARS AND THIEVES
My flat was badly damaged once again due to external damages which centrick failed to fix on time. I was promised if I paid £950 to have the repairs done, including a hole in my roof due to a leak being left for years, centrick would refund me. They lie time and time again and have not refunded me despite promising to do so. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. DO NOT TRUST these liars.

Excellent staff
I have been living in Orion building for a while. And I find the concierge team very friendly, approachable and responsive to tasks. Special mentioning to Kal, who always greet me with a smile and entertain my questions.
