I contacted the CET team about a problem with our house electrical system. The call handler quickly confirmed we were covered by our insurance and explained the next steps.
We were notified by text and ‘phone of the arrival time which was the same day and within a three hour window.
The electrician arrived on time and diligently worked to identify the problem and make a temporary repair.
He kept me informed of progress and left all areas clean and tidy.

Engineer turned up quickly. He was polite and got straight to work explaining as he went. Problem resolved quickly. Thanks!

Really excellent experience I had. I called up to have my pipes looked at (appeared blocked). I had the engineer with me within 2 hours of that phone call and the job had been completed successfully and efficiently by a very competent person within 30 mins. The insurance then followed up to seek feedback on the job almost immediately and offered remedy if the fix wasn’t lasting. I mean….where do you experience such a high level of customer service these days?! Super well done and 💯 recommended based on today.

The engineer provided an excellent service. They quickly identified and diagnosed the faults with the gas boiler, explained the issues clearly, and completed all the necessary repairs to a high standard. The boiler is now working efficiently and safely. The engineer was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and left the work area clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend their services.

Had a blocked drain. Called and got a quick response, engineer booked with minimal difficulty and came out early the next day and sorted the issue.

One phone call to CET led me to complete their online booking form to get a tradesman asap. It alleviated some stress trying to find a reputable electrician at short notice during a heatwave. They then kept me informed regularly and promised someone should respond within the time parameters that we had indicated was convenient. Even though it took a bit longer than normal Jack, local electrician from Crowborough working nearby responded by lunchtime and resolved our broken cable issue within 30 minutes! Such relief to have the fridge and freezer back without losing too much food. Thank you.
