Useless service
Called to cancel auto renew. 42 minutes and no-one answered after inputting my security details.
Did online chat and agent obviously dealing with several people at once as took 2-3 minutes to respond to my answers.
No offer to match the £120 cheaper quote on a comparison website. Even funnier as the renewal quote and the cheaper quote are from the same company!!!

Godawful customer service
Godawful customer service. AI to determine you are who you say you are (ironic), messing up every answer.
All because I need to cancel the 'auto renewal' on a policy where they've DOUBLED the admin cost, despite the policy going up by 5% (no claims, ever).
So, needless to say, I won't be suckered into an auto renewal with double the made up charges.
Getting in touch on the phone, a disaster.
Live chat, well, 94 mins later and its still not resolved.

Constant phone calls but no policy
Constant phone calls but no policy
We bought caravan insurance, payment cleared but still no sign of a policy but constant phone calls asking me if I want to go ahead with my online quote despite me saying I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT it from YOU
Ceta have emailed and I can now create and access an account to see my policy.
They were very efficient after my complaint they just need to tighten up processes earlier

I called on 26th March to cancel the…
I called on 26th March to cancel the auto renewal of an existing policy which was due on 24th April. The representative said that she had done this and then quoted me a new policy, which I purchased. I have now been charged today 24th April for the old policy too!
