They are selling temu product order a 63 pound jacket which dosnt match the product on their website i have taken the pictures I will.upload them if there is an option. It clearly came from.china as It arrives after 3 weeks since I order. Jacket has no labels i emailed the company they ask me to.provide clear picture of parcel and jacket picture with the label since there is no picture attached with the jacket I jave sent them.but they been very difficult to deal with it is clear that they don't want to refund my money but I.will cancel my installment.

Scam - you won't receive what you buy in the image!
They sent me 2 linen shirts I ordered online that looked nothing like the online picture, the quality was poor and the packaging was like it had come from Temu. When I contacted them the only way to get a refund was to ship the items back to China, and they gave me a 30 day limit on the window despite on their website they said it was 60 days, and the items took 5 weeks from ordering to arrive even though the website said a shorter timeframe. They were difficult to deal with, they actually offered to let me keep the terrible product i received and to pay 50% of a replacement as an option!! Buyers beware, this reeks of scam. I'm not shipping the goods back as it will cost a lot to ship to China and if it doesn't make it back in time I probably won't even get my $140 back! Don't buy from this site as you'll pay a premium price for a Temu or Shein quality product that looks nothing like the picture. Also their response below is typical. I did have emails back and forth and they were unhelpful. Ship back to China at my expense and if I don’t meet their cut off no return. OR pay half price for the item again when it’s crap! Stay away!

Ho preso i pantaloni sartoriali dopo giorni di indecisione e sono contenta. Mantengono la forma anche dopo averli indossati tutto il giorno. Niente pieghe strane sulle ginocchia come mi succede di solito. Spedizione circa 8 giorni, forse un po più lunga del previsto ma ne è valsa la pena.
