Such a terrible experience.

I ordered these shoes on 12 August, and they arrived on 14 September. I needed them for the weekend following the date I ordered, so they have now arrived two and a half weeks late.

I went back and forth immediately after ordering, explaining that them coming from China was not acceptable and that I would need to cancel the order. They then confirmed that their sizes were completely different to UK sizes: I ordered a UK size 14, and I cannot even get it on my foot. It looks completely ridiculous.

They were completely unwilling to do anything other than change the size, even though they did not have a size that would actually fit my foot. Somehow they had enough time to change the size, but they could not cancel the order.

They have now posted them out to my house. They do not fit, and they are crap quality. Avoid if you can. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Do not use this company. Almost impossible to return anything

This site is absolutely horrendous they delivered a dress nothing like the picture it was awful ive put in in the bin they don't refund completely scammers

Buyer beware - this is a scam. Your products will absolutely NOT look the way they do in the images & you will not get your money back either. Ordered this for a hen do and took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive... I'm shocked. Temu have better quality products than this!

Do not order from this company they are fraudsters! I ordered a pair of cowboy boots described as genuine quality leather however when we received they were clearly PVC and could’ve bought the same ones from shein from for a quarter of the price paid.! 😡

Ordered a branded hoody and a poor quality counterfeit arrived. Asked to return item but only given option to ship to China. Item arrived from a UK address. I have contacted my bank for a full refund and now going to try trading standards

Scammers, Frauds, Crooked! Sent me clothes that look nothing like the pictures including hemlines and styles. They refused the refund even though it was complete false advertisement. They expected me to ship it back to china (another falsehood of theirs-not where they advertised they are) which will cost more than my purchase. Their customer servise response were obvious auto replies. Which I see they have stuck to their ways with the auto review responses! Is there a way to do NO stars.

Scam do not order from here. Paid £42 for a vanity and they sent a little bracelet instead. Had to raise a dispute with my bank. No communication from them at all they do not respond.

Absolutely rubbish, don't buy. Based in China returns are literally impossible and the returns address on the parcel was London, until you contact them.
Good weren't great either, not quality.

Shady, dishonest business practices, misrepresentation of goods sold, complete lack of accountability and no retribution for customers defrauded out of their money. This kind of behaviour is destroying honest customer faith in online business. Let's put people like this out of business as soon as humanly possible.

I ordered a dress that looking beautiful in the photo a received a piece of fabric that looked NOTHING like the dress. I paid $60 for something i did not order! i will be returning it immediately!!!!!!!!!

Bought at dress for $60 and when I received it looked cheap and not the same dress.

It was a white satin slip dress with no seams and quality shiny satin thick fabric. The one I received had seams at the top like it was an underslip with very light see through fabric.

I emailed customer service and the referred me to a completely different name and gave me details from a previous buyer of theirs which is inappropriate! They continued to refer to me by a different name even when I put my name in the email.

I spoke to them about the false advertising and they said if I wanted a refund I’d have to pay the shipping cost. Or a partial refund in AUD (I paid in USD) when I clarified I paid in USD they were confused. Bad customer service!!!

Do not shop with Sophia Fashion. I bought a sweater and satin slip set that looked gorgeous on their website. On sale it was £43.- and later I found the same combo on Shein for £29.- When I finally received the set (10 days) the 'sweater' was a top, cheap looking and the colour significantly different. Even the dress is not as shown. I contacted Sophia F to be told I would have to return it to China! tracked! or accept an £8 partial refund. Tracking to China costs £25, so not worth it. If I had bought from Shein and needed to return, no problem. They look like a high end shop but their goods are from China and marked up. Avoid!

If I could give Sophia Fashion a -10, I would: Buyer Beware! What you see is definitely not what you get: the material/fabric, style, and size! I ordered 2 items that neither were as described or photographed.

Initiated a return for refund: shipping was 1/2 the cost of my total order to send back to China! Not worth it and they know it!

Now I am out $107 and can’t wear either outfit: a total scam!!!

I would not shop with Sophia Fashion again.

I received a faulty item and found customer service very disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for the fault, I was told I would have to pay to return the item internationally at my own expense and risk if I wanted a full refund. After several emails, the only alternative offered was a £15 partial refund to keep a faulty item.

The whole process was stressful, time-consuming, and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. While I eventually accepted the partial refund simply to end the dispute, I do not feel this was a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before ordering, particularly if there is any chance you may need to return a faulty item.

I have returned 2 coats through Royal Mail , the Royal Mail post office assure me that postage is paid in full , yet Sophia fashion are saying I need to pay tax to get the items to the return address . The postage cost £29 . The 2 coats cost £89

According to the latest tracking information, the "Pay tax" status indicates that your return parcel is currently being held by China Customs and a customs fee must be paid before it can be released and forwarded to our warehouse.

We kindly ask you to contact the carrier, your local post office, or the customs office to arrange payment of the required customs fee. Once the fee has been paid, your return parcel will continue its journey to our warehouse.

I bought 60 dollar pants and they look nothing like the picture. They are horrendous. To ship them back cost almost as much as the pants themselves. HORRIBLE business.

Do not buy from this company. They misrepresent themselves. I ordered a dress for my son's graduation. It took six weeks to arrive so the graduation had passed. Additionally, the dress is poor quality material and does not look anything like the photo. I wanted to return it, but the shipping costs were nearly equal to the cost of the dress, and I have no guarantee I will get my money back. DON'T be fooled. This is a deceptive company with low-quality product.
