Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT but from this company, they are fraud. I purchased a dress and received trash, it looked nothing like what they had, the fabric was cheap and sown poorly. On top of that if I wanted a refund I had to pay the shipping label back to where it came from that was what the dress cost around $60, or I could receive a $16 dollar refund without returning the dress which to them is considered a partial refund. Save yourself the time and hassle this website is FRAUD and should be taken down.

Youve been warned

My mother ordered two dresses for a wedding. After taking forever to arrive and arriving from China and the worse quality you can imagine. it turns out they didn’t come from Ireland or Netherlands as stated. To return them it will cost so much without guarantee of return and refund. The website says they are just in Ireland and Netherlands. Completely mislead. Now £100 out of pocket. Not happy one bit. Don’t use Sophia Fashion

Following the reply from them still not able to help resolve. Wasted money. Have to pay arm and leg to return to china and not guaranteed it arrives there for refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Item I received was completely different than the item I ordered when I complained it took them 13 days to give me a solution which was to give me £10 back for a £40 dress as the item was ‘in good condition’ despite having threads everywhere and not actually being what I had purchased. When I refused this they said I could return the item but needed to pay shipping back to china for £10 and that I had 14 days for my return window left and the item needed to have arrived with them within this window. Meaning I had to pay for express shipping to get it there on time despite the fact it was their error for sending an item that was not advertised and then taking ages to give me a ridiculous solution, eating into my return window.

Website says Dutch company with warehouse in Ireland. Why then, is my item coming from China? I could have purchased my item from AliExpress at a fraction of the price if I had wanted Chinese produce!!! It is now 20 days since I ordered and I have just tracked item to read ‘ back to airport of origin’!!! I reported my initial concerns directly to Sophia who told me transparency was vital and they would track my item through the process. What transparency???? You do not make it clear that customers are buying from China!!!! The item is no use to me now, I wanted this item to use for an event this coming weekend and there’s not a hope in Havana of it arriving in time. Be warned everyone!!!
UPDATE!!!
After many emails, I have been told that my item will be delivered in the next 5 working days. This will take the delivery time over 4 weeks, and that’s if it’s actually delivered in the next 5 days. I wanted this purchase for an event I was attending on Saturday so now it’s pointless. I have requested on 6 separate emails for a return address which this company have flatly refused to give me.They have said there won’t be any need to return them!!! I really think there is a serious problem when a Company takes your money within 2 days of placing an order and you still haven’t received your goods after 3 weeks!!! I suggest everyone thinking of making a purchase from Sophia - Fashion think long and hard before they do it. Extremely concerning practice!!!

I also placed an order after checking on refund policy and warehouse locations provided. Shipping from China!! Almost 2 weeks and my shirt has not yet arrived in UK.
An update - following the response below, I made contact and received no response - the shirt was delivered yesterday after 3 weeks of processing and shipping from China. The shirt fits my shoulders but is about 8 inches short on my body - half my waist sticks out - I have requested a refund at the info@ address as indicated but so far no response.

I placed an order from this company. It gave two addresses. One in Netherlands and another in Ireland. So believing that the order would come from either of those addresses I placed an order. After 2 weeks it arrived from CHINA! It bore little resemblance to the photo and the quality was appalling. I asked for return information and was asked to return it to China which would cost more in postage than I paid for the item. It seems that all returns go to China. This is misleading and poor practice. I’m now stuck with a piece of rag that’s unwearable. Please be wary when buying online. The country of origin may not be as advertised as I have discovered at my expense. Of course I can not recommend this company.
