This is the second time I have purchased from this company, both times I bought a set of small sterling silver earrings. They are of good quality and exactly as advertised. They come so beautifully packaged with a sterling silver polishing cloth included among some other fun extras of turtle stickers! Is this seller clearly takes pride in their product and presentation. The price is fair, orders come quickly and I will definitely purchase from them again.

In less than a week, a bracelet I bought for myself and a ring I bought for my adult daughter broke—obviously not made well and cheap material.

Saw a really cute rabbit necklace advertised on Facebook for a really good price. I’m very wary of Facebook ads so did some research and they seemed legitimate. I received the necklace within just a few days of ordering, and it’s completely adorable! The necklace was packaged with a lot of care and they threw in some stickers. I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase. This has been one of the better online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered some simple earrings from this store. It was my first time ordering from them, and it was a Facebook add, so I didn’t have high hopes.

What I got was a wonderful surprise.
The raven earrings I ordered were exactly as described. They arrived swiftly and with a nice bag to keep them from tarnishing when not being used. Just incase you do need a quick polish, a cleaning cloth was included.

Pluse the box was full of nice Easter themed stickers, and just little nice touches.

For the extremely affordable price, I was expecting some okay earrings in a bag. Instead I got a wonderful gift that my fiancée can wear on our wedding day.

I highly recommend this seller.

This company is great to work with. I purchased a necklace as a gift for my daughter and the clasp was loose, the charm kept falling off. I contacted them and they sent a replacement and even included an extra gift for our trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality jewelry.

Ordered the blue jay ring that I saw on an ad. Fell in love and ordered it. Shipping was quick which is the only reason it’s getting a higher than 1 star.
Long story short, it turned my finger green in the matter of 1 hour. Painted metal instead of an authentic metal, paint is wearing down already and I’ve only had it for a couple hours. Very disappointing and I feel like I got scammed

I purchased earrings that were set with opals. After wearing them for about 3 months, one of the opals fell out. I contacted Customer Service, who gave me several options for compensation. I requested a replacement pair of the same earrings (because I really love them), and they sent me a new pair for free. I don't know how Customer Service could be any better!

Received my order in just a few days. Packaging was so pretty and I love the stickers. The earrings are beautiful, I’m excited to wear them out.

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings for my granddaughter. They were all cute (may be a little small for an adult). I received the shipment in 5 or 6 days. The earrings were in individual plastic bags, then placed in a velvet-feeling jewelry bag. I'll most likely be ordering more soon, and will try a necklace too, for her birthday.

This was my first order from Chadds, I ordered several pairs of earrings and they shipped them but the package was lost in the mail. Thinking I would have a difficult time with it, I emailed them and got a response the same day.
