First let me say that I love Chadds Ford earrings. For my most recent order, the tracking shows delivered, BUT the package was never received. I checked with neighbors and then alerted CFJ hoping they could help locate the package, but after numerous emails with the support staff I became discouraged and finally gave up. Sad that the company can not support their customers better.

I never write reviews but felt it was necessary to do one for Chaddsford jewelry. I just received my 4 pairs of earrings and 2 necklaces today 6/15/2024. I own lots of jewelry and I am skeptical about buying jewelry from just anywhere, especially online. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t feel cheap. It was worth it and I’ll order from them again! Thanks Chaddsford jewelry for being on point 😊

I have now ordered 3 times from them. The first time I saw a few items that looked really cute and weren't too expensive so I figured it was worth the risk. Wow was I thrilled when they arrived. The items were beautifully wrapped with quite a bit of extra attention. They added sweet little velvet bags to my orders and those will be happily used for the items that I purchased for gifts! They also added some very sweet stickers that really made me smile. I felt like these orders have been packaged with the utmost of care and the items are really delightful. I am extremely pleased!

I absolutely love this company!! I just want to keep on buying :) the earrings are not heavy, made of a nice material and so cute! I just got my birdie sterling silver studs and they were so worth it. I was surprised that such a big post could go in my holes but it went in so easily! I am really looking forward to getting more earrings/jewelry in the future and I highly recommend this family owned company! Their jewelry is so pretty and well made for the unbelievable prices! Quick shipping and well packed in sweet little bags for gift giving. I purchased multiple pieces for myself and multiple pieces for gifts and was only disappointed in the size of one pair of stamped earrings that turned out to be especially tiny. I still kept them but they are way smaller than I thought they'd be. I would buy from them again just be careful when checking sizes in the descriptions. They always have great sales, too!
